“"We have ordered feather flags 5-6 times over the last few years, and each experience has been fantastic. The website is easy to use, delivery is fast, and the prices are fair. We own self-storage properties, and Feather Flag Nation offers a variety of swooper flags that effectively promote our business while fitting perfectly within our color scheme. The flags hold up well in the central California weather, lasting about a year despite lots of sun and wind. If I could make one suggestion, it would be to offer two quality options for the flags. While it might mean doubling your SKUs, it could be a great upsell for many customers looking for more durability. Thanks again for the great service!"”

“Requesting the original design was quick and easy, although I was a bit surprised by the file size and type limitations. I had a .psd file that was too large to upload and compressed file type was not authorized. Also, I had a .jpeg file that was not authorized because it was not .jpg. Ordering the flag was a bit confusing because I somehow ended up with 3 different flag orders that weren't removed after updating the cart. I tried emptying the cart and starting over but that was also unsuccessful. Eventually, I emptied the cart and closed the site and started over from the link provided in the e-mail; this worked. I hope the design your team provided is what I receive because the connection to my order and the design happens behind the scene.”
