“Very bad communication with customer service. They emailed a question and I responded, but sat on the order and didn't ship. I finally had to call myself and find out what's going on with it. A good customer service department would pick up a phone and call the customer if there was any other questions, but seems too difficult to "talk" to a human in 2024.”
