"Their online tracking is not kept up to date and not the first time I've experienced this I have a package that showed sitting in the same place for nearly a week with no movement it was a gift for someone that has now passed and I still do not have the package it was ordered on the 6th today is the 22nd it's not anywhere near the estimated delivery date as when I ordered it and I still do not have it however oddly i placed orders from the same vendor that were shipped through the same carrier FedEx after this particular order and I received those but still haven't received the first order so if you're needing something by a certain date I would think twice if FedEx is the carrier"
