“Myself and my husband to be then and now is turned up at the store last minute in desperation as our wedding was in two days and due to lock down we had limited access to stores to obtain a a ring sizer to ensure our rings were correctly adjusted to the right sizes. Despite having alternative ways of working Dee still took the time to listen to our needs whilst juggling other customer queries. She then managed to obtain the ring sizer from their Jewellery department downstairs, she would have chosen not to assist as she had other store queries to deal with at the time but she took the time to go and obtain one and also advised us further in choosing the ring and size.
