“Excelent location. Easy for loading, unloading and parking. Great selection of boats with helpful and friendly staff. All inclusive all adds up to a hassle free holiday.”

“Perfect holiday on the Norfolk broads. Boat clean, well equipped and maintained. Boat spacious and comfortable the only downside being v small bathrooms with very smelly toilets. Lots of air freshener required. Hand over and briefing efficient and thorough. Support when required was excellent. Would most definitely recommend the company and this holiday.”

“The staff are always friendly and helpful but we cannot understand why we needed a pump out on the third day when each toilet had only be used once after mainly using the outside toilets.”

“Perfect place for a peaceful and relaxing holiday in one of the waterside cottages, perfect for fishing. Lovely friendly staff at reception, and really good food at the ferry inn. What more could you ask for.”

“We found the boat to be quite dirty there was dogs hairs and dog smells all Over the boat. Dogs hairs were in cupboard on cookware glasses and the bedding a slight smell of dog Aswell, when we made the living room bed up there was dirt and hair behind, my family have always rated ferry from there years of using yourself so I was alittle disappointed. It didn't ruin our holiday but I think more care should be taken when a dog is on a boat, and I may think twice on rebooking I’m sorry Thanks Cheryl middleton & Mitchell middleton”

“We rented Diamond Emblem for a week, one of their largest boats sleeping 10, we have used Ferrry Marina many time and never disappointed, boat was ready on time and very clean, boat excellent for that number of people and we were blessed with lovely weather, we covered the whole Broads System North and South in our 7 days including a day in Norwich. Highly recommend Ferry Marina everytime.”

“I appreciate that there is a lot of information to be provided/taken in before taking a vessel out but I do think I should have been informed of important items such as the fresh water will need to be topped up, where the key was for the filler cap, where the filler cap was, where the engine parts for checking where, it's ok putting details in the "Your Boat Information" pamphlet but............ also where is the heater control, the one shown in the pamphlet on this vessel isn't the same as the one shown. I would suggest a more detailed brief is needed.”

“Fantastic customer service from arrival. Boat was fantastic and couldn't ask for a better experience. I have been on boats from many yards before and ferry marina really make you feel like a valued customer right from the start. 5 stars rightfully deserved”
