“Reliable supplier and quick shipping. Quality of cases not quite as good as earlier purchases, but that was several years ago and probably attributable to the supplier. Prices are competitive. Overall, very pleased.”

“Sad to say, most of the mini bags we order were discontinued. We did place and order and received someone else's order. There was difficulty in getting this corrected. I do have to say that we had not had this problem before. Unfortunately I don't want to use my time correcting a supply order so am looking for alternate supplier going forward.”

The mini gift bag designs have changed so some of the older designs have been discontinued. On the order issue, yes we did ship you the incorrect package. We understand that the pickup and reshipping of your correct order is an inconvenience and we sincerely apologize for that. Please be assured that is not the norm for Fetpak. We hope that you give us another chance to prove that our service, products and prices are second to none in the industry. Thank you for your feedback.

“VEry satisfied with 32 pocket tray inserts. IeS surprised and awwd that Fetpak called me before shipping to confirm my order because i hadnt ordered the trays also....now that's customer service.”

On the one cracked tray, email manager@fetpak.com or call Customer Service at 631-864-3090 (Mon-Fri 9 AM to 5 PM ET) and we will refund you. Reference your invoice number and the item number damaged. Glad you were happy with everything else ordered. Thank you.
