You placed an order on Friday Sep 30th at 5:10 PM (after business hours). We shipped your order out on the first business day, Monday Oct 3rd. We tracked your order and UPS issued this statement...Severe weather conditions have delayed delivery. / Your delivery has been rescheduled for the next business day. Your order is out for delivery today, Oct 10th. We are sorry for the delay and inconvenience due to the hurricane Florida experienced.

According to UPS, it seems they attempted delivery at 4:57 P.M on Oct 3rd, but they claim the business was closed. They did deliver the following day. If business hours vary, let us know on your next order or email manager@fetpak.com and we will note that on your account so UPS delivers when the business is opened. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Our error as we had silver clasps but the last shipment we received gold, which it usually is. We neglected to change this on our website. Our apologies on this.
