The two boxes you ordered are the same outer and inner material. Please let us know why one style of box was good and the other was not. We have a 30 day guarantee, so you are welcomed to return anything you are not satisfied with for a full refund. Just contact manager@fetpak.com and we will be glad to exchange or return. Thank you.
