The service is terrific! Mailing time from order to receiving has been less than one week, usually four days. Their products are reasonably priced. The bags I order are for a retired teacher group to hand out treats to those still in the classroom. The 3x5 size is perfect for the job.

I am very displeased with service at this time. My order was shipped out on Feb 10th, 2016. As of today I still have not received it. I called and spoke with Lisette a extension 125 on Monday the 22nd to check status. This is after receiving this survey email and emailing the link provided in the event I had not received my order. I never got any response. Upon speaking with Lisette she advised it was an error on Fetpaks side that they shipped my order to my billing address rather than my shipping address but assured me I would receive the package the next day on the 23rd. I thanked her for checking and getting this corrected. Then, I did not receive my order on the 23rd and as of today I still have not received it so I called back. When she was not available I spoke with a gentleman named Anthony. I told him what Lisette had advised me Monday, he told me that was impossible. The system showed I did not reorder my order and that I should speak with Lisette. He was rather brash and unempathatic , but said Lisette will call me back sometime today. While writing this review Anthony called me back and advised me that my order is being shipped out and that I should receive it by Monday of next week, he was nice enough to to provide me a tracking number this time. So, I still do not have my order, I don't appreciate being misinformed Monday when speaking with Lisette, and I do no not appreciate the attitude today from Anthony on my initial call. I run my own business now after running call centers for several years, I understand mistakes occur, but giving a customer attitude when calling in about an error is not acceptable especially when I was pleasant to him. It shouldn't be this difficult to get a simple order, an order that is holding up my business currently.

Teri, we did ship to the incorrect address and certainly apologize for that. Please be assured that mistakes such as that are a rarity at Fetpak. We re-routed your package and rechecked tracking and you will be receiving your order on Monday, Feb 29th. We have spoken with our customer service people and that while it may have not been handled perfectly there was no intention of being brash as they were only trying to help as shown by Anthony's research and callback. We have one of the best customer service departments in the business and while things don't always go smoothly you can see by our reviews the praises the department often receives. Due to this entire situation and your inconvenience we are issuing a $15.00 credit off your next order (just mention the credit and we will deduct $15.00 from your next invoice). I hope that helps you decide to give us another try so we can prove to you our great service.

Service was quick and products were good quality. The shipping ie packing was the best I've ever seen from any company. I thank you because there is nothing worse than receiving the product you want just to find it was damaged in shipping.

This is my first order with Fetpak and it has been a wonderful experience! I requested samples and received them promptly without question or issue online. My order was shipped and received quickly. All products are exactly as the appear. Would definitely order again!

The Puff style earring cards that I ordered do not work with hook style earrings . Disappointing. I don't know which cards will work ...

Nancy, you are welcomed to return the Puff Earring Cards within 30 days of purchase. If you would like to do that please call our Customer Service Dept at 631-864-3090 so they can issue a Return Authorization Number. Sherry, thank you for your review. To clarify, Fetpak has free shipping on orders over $75. On orders $75 and under we charge a simple flat rate of only $7.95.

I had a great experence ordering from this company. Very friendly, helpful and understanding. My order came quickly and the merchandise was better than expected. This will be my sorce for packaging material from now on. They have quality goods and great customer service. Thank you Fetpac.
