“Received a call from Fetpak saying the red boxes I ordered were out of stock. I really wanted the red boxes so we back ordered them until later in August. Great customer service.”

Our red leatherette jewelry boxes should be in stock soon. Our fill rate is usually very high, but there are currently global supply chain issues which is affecting that. We are hoping these boxes are in within a week or so. Thank you very much for your patience.

“The Frosty Shopper bags are perfect and your free shipping with min purchase is much appreciate as the boxes are VERY heavy. The boxes are usually beat up and dirty from shipping but the bags are undamaged and beautiful. We use Jumbo, Queen, Debbie, and Cub for our toy shop.”

“The produce bags are excellent for home use. Great savings. The rolls shrank by 50% since I last ordered 12 years ago and still a bargain over the small packages at the grocery store.”

Glad our Produce Bags work out for you. As you mentioned, the rolls are smaller than 12 years ago but the cost is very close to the price back then. Resin prices have risen sharply over those years so it was either double the price or reduce the roll size. Thank you for your review.

“I use Fetpack because they have the best customer service and if something you need is out of stock they do their best to show you a similar product, also they will email you when the product you want comes back in stock. They go over and beyond to please their customers!”

“This is my first time using Fetpak. And as a new customer, I must say I am well pleased with their service. My order for plastice merchandise bags for our church ministry aare more than I expected. Their arrival date was on time with UPS and I have no complaints. I first communicated with Fetpak by phone and the young man, I think he stated that his name was Anthony (sorry if that's not correct) but I think that's what he said, his name was. Nevetheless, he was so helpful and nice, I requested using their website to use PayPal, and he answered all my question regarding the plastic bags, then directed me how to order online ... I will be using Fetpak again when the need arises and tell others. Thank you Fetpak for a quality product and service!!!”
