“have ordered from Fetpak for three or four years and have had no problems the items needed rarely have been out of stock items arrived here in missouri promptly/within stated transit time”

“very cheaply made. 6 arrived unusable. Boxes flimsy and corners of plastic lids have to be taped by customer as most didn't hold. Purchased 10 yrs ago and this years model is terrible. Don't recommend”

We are very surprised to hear that you were dissatisfied with our clear top jewelry boxes. We sell millions of these and never receive a complaint. The specs on these have not changed, they are manufactured in the USA and are the quality is markedly above our competitors boxes. We pride ourselves on having quality above the customers expectation and we are sad to here you were unhappy with these boxes. In the future if not happy with a product please request a RA number and we will refund you the full purchase price as long as the product is in the original carton and in the same condition they arrived in.
