“You always ship fast and the order comes correctly, so I appreciate that! This time my bubble wrap had sporadic black specks inside the bubbles, they looks like bugs but upon closer inspection they are just hard plastic pieces, still I hope my customers won't also think they are bugs.”

Not sure why small plastic pieces would be in the bubble, but thinking it was during the manufacturing process. If unused you can contact us and we will pick up and exchange for you. Just call or email us with your invoice number. Thank you for being a repeat customer of ours.

“Everything I ordered came quickly and very well packed. Thank you! But it took me quite awhile to place my order... not sure when my password changed ...then I had to play with the I'm not a Robot feature!! Really didn't like all the time I had to spend on getting in to order.”

Hi Barbara, unfortunately we need to have the captcha feature since it is necessary to prevent bots from entering our website order form. While we know it's an inconvenience, it does protect our customers and ourselves. The good news is that when you sign in again the captcha should not appear as it only appears on new customers signing in. Glad you liked our fast delivery and packaging.
