“I placed an order with Fetpak and submitted my credit card number on the webpage. The next day, a gentleman called and said he was from Fetpak and needed my credit card number. I thought this unusual and thinking he may possibly not be with Fetpak suggested that he should just cancel my order, which he did. It turned out he was in fact with Fetpak, but better safe than sorry, so I don't regret cancelling the order. NO I will NOT REVISE MY REVIEW. I have been the victim of identity theft in the past. If I give you my credit card number and you call me back to ask for the number again, how do I know how you are. NOT ACCEPTABLE.”

We called you because the order you placed was missing the credit card number. We were simply calling for payment so we could ship your order out. "Fetpak" should come up on you caller ID or you could have googled the number we called from to verify it was in fact us. Not sure that us doing our job trying to process your order rates us a 2 star review, but hopefully you change it.

That's fine you feel you do not want to revise your review, we have over 2,000 five star reviews and have been in business for 31 years. We do understand not giving information out if unsure it's us or any other company you are dealing with. In the future a simple solution to that is to call back that company on their official phone line listed, or get caller ID or simply google the number dialing you. Any of those things would have saved us all time.

“I bought three cases so far they are worth it they're heavier than Walmart or grocery store t-shirt type bags. The black ones are great, not translucent at all. If plastic t-shirt bags have been banned in your city or state, throw a couple of these bags in your back pocket when you go grocery shopping and you don't have to deal with those pain in the butt paper bags that you wind up throwing in the recycle bin after one use. You can use these over and over great for vehicle litter bags, small Waste Paper baskets and just to have a few on hand. You don't have to double bag these. I'm not a cheap man but I hate to throw these out unless there has something nasty getting thrown out, if it's just paper and a couple of empty coffee cups I just empty the bag and reuse it, they are so well made. I would definitely recommend for someone that doesn't like dealing with the grocery store paper bags. Very reusable and very handy.”
