“We’ve ordered from Fetpak a few times and they are the greatest! Orders ship super fast and their prices are better than any others we’ve found. They have products that other companies don’t have and that makes it easier for us to get what we need to run our store. Highly recommend!!”

“One tray arrived cracked. Anthony had called and left his phone number because I was a new customer. I had to listen to his message 4 times to get phone number...he spoke so fast could not understand. Thanks, Nancy Guinn”

We have refunded your credit card for $3.95 for the one tray that arrived damaged. Sorry Anthony did not leave the phone number clearly, that is not the norm at Fetpak. We know that can be frustrating and we apologize for that.

“I was very happy with the necklace box for my great grandchild's first necklace (she's 10). I was a bit surprised that the shipping cost more than the necklace box I purchased. Still, I feel beautiful necklaces should only be put in an equally beautiful gift box, and that it was. Thank you!”

Hi Douglas, glad you were happy with the Necklace Box. We generally sell in bulk, so most of our customers receive free shipping as their orders are over $85. Under $85 there is $8.95 flat rate shipping, which is what you were charged on your order. We do appreciate your order and hope the next time you want to give that special gift to someone that you use Fetpak again for its presentation.
