The packing job was original, by which I mean, all packages were individually wrapped and then bound together with copious amounts of tape, which made me laugh - and took a few minutes to undo. But I like the better-safe-than-sorry approach.”

“My primary purchase, necklace-sized jewelry boxes for my A1 notecards, were precisely the size and color described. Fetpak was generous enough to send me 3 samples in advance at no charge, unlike the competition. Their shipping charges were reasonable, and the shipment was double boxed for needed protection. They quickly made good on a small packing error. I would definitely go to Fetpak again for recycled, made in USA, quality jewelry boxes. Shirley's a very helpful customer support voice there!”

In August you ordered T-Shirt Bags TLD1223, these are Heavy 1.5 Mil Low Density. In November you ordered T-Shirt Bags T1223, these are High Density 13 Micron Bags. The TLD1223's are much heavier and are packed 250/case. The T1223 are lighter weight and packed 1,000/case. If cartons are intact we can issue an RMA so you can exchange. If you wish to do so simply email manager@fetpak.com with your invoice number and we will contact you. Thank you.

“I ordered online, and got a phone call the next morning that the color I had ordered was out of stock. The caller and I picked other colors, and I mentioned I was short on time for getting my bags in time to prepare them for the event. She went out of her way to get them in the mail that day, a Friday. They arrived in good time, and were perfect for the purpose. I wold definitely use fetpak again.”

I like that we can get several different colors as the gift bags are color coded to the children's age groups. These bags are just the right size. “This small order was shipped in a USPS envelope. It arrived torn and re-taped by the post office. All the packs of bags were crushed and wrinkled. We returned what we received but were given a refund minus one pack of bags because they were not returned. They were not returned because we did not receive them. As I said, the USPS envelope was torn open and one pack obviously fell out. This is not an issue of money, but rather of the incompetency of your shipping people and the small minded accounting person in your company. In any event, it was nice knowing you. You originally did not inform us of the shortage of one package gift bags. We then issued an RMA for five gift bag packages, which is what you ordered. You returned four of the five, you then changed your story and told us now the order was now damaged in transit and was now missing the fifth gift bag package. However originally there was no mention of any of the gift bags lost in transit. We received four packages back and refunded you for those four.
