“ALWAYS A QUALITY PRODUCT. ONLY COMPLAINT WAS THE 2 SHADES OF WHITE STRING TAGS. CUSTOMER SERVICE TOLD ME THE PROBLEM IS BEING FIXED. THANKS”

“Thank you so much for taking care of me. Good customer service is very hard to find now days. The original item I ordered was poorly packaged and arrived a little tweaked. I called and requested it to be replaced and you sent a replacement that was packaged properly and in perfect condition., all in a very timely manner. Thanks very much for your service. Judi”

“Did not know where our order was that was suppose to take 3 days? Come to find out it was sent back to New York and then I was charged another $8.95 for shipping after I already paid shipping when I ordered it. Will not order again from you.”

Your order was returned by USPS due to missing company name and missing office number. It was entered on the online order form with that information missing. When we received the package back we contacted you for the correct address, which you gave us. We corrected it and reshipped. We were charged again by USPS for reshipping. Sorry you won't be ordering from us again, but it was an error on your end when information was missing and USPS was unable to deliver it to you.
