“I like working with your company because you communicate quickly and clearly. The people that I've worked with are the best. I like your products and wish you would not discontinue the Frosty Shoppers. My customers really appreciated the quality of the bags and often commented so. I have to wait to see how I like the new paper ones that I've ordered.”

“I placed a large order for shopping bags and at the time I placed the order, everything showed up as "in stock". It wasn't until I received a partial shipment that I realized one item (which was a large part of my order) was out of stock. I called twice and was simply told, "Yes, that item is out of stock. We don't know when it will be back in stock." That was two weeks ago and I haven't heard anything since about the status. I understand that major supply chain issues are going on and that it can be just as frustrating for the supplier, but I would have appreciated an email notifying me that the item was out of stock. Several days later, when I went to the Fetpak website to determine if I could substitute another size bag, the bags I had ordered still showed up as "in stock". The part of the order that I received, arrived very quickly and was in perfect condition, so I am grateful for that.”

Thank you for your order. We are in the middle of a move to a bigger warehouse, as was noted on our website banner. We hope to have the move complete mid Dec. Your credit card has not been charged and will not be charged until the order ships. Thank you for your patience we will attempt to reach out to you via phone during the week.

First, let me say thank you for your order. We appreciate your business. We do our best to keep our website up to date and note items that are "out of stock" but customers can still place backorders. The item you purchased was on backorder, and my notes say that a CSR reached out to you on the 17th to see if you wanted to substitute products. You then called in and unfortunately, no one was available to take your call. No one was available because we are in the middle of a move to a bigger warehouse, as was noted on our website banner. We hope to have the move complete mid Dec. Thank you for your patience we will attempt to reach out again via phone.

“Have had great luck with Fetpack in the past. Order usually received in 1-2 days. This time many of the gift boxes I needed for Christmas sales were out of stock with no due date posted. Had to substitute color on 2 of the 3 box sizes I needed. In addition, placed an order on 16 Nov and has not arrived as of 23 Nov. Called Customer Service to help track delievery. Discovered company has been bought out and inventory transferred to Connecticut. Still waiting for a call from the Schrosel Paper representative to locate my order. Service needs to improve.”

“Fetpak has many quality products. We have received the items that we have ordered in less than 2 days - Amazingly fast service!. Additionally, we made a mistake ordering the wrong size bag. The Fetpak (Anthony) has contacted us right away and gave us the return authorization code. By far, this company has showed us how Fetpak cares about their customer. Great customer service and great products all around. I would give 10 stars if allowed.”
