“You guys at Fetpak, Inc. did an awesome job. From the time I hit complete order til it arrived at my house was less than 5 days. The product looked great and was quality. The only thing I wish, is that the baggies be made a little easier to pull apart. From now on anything I need that I can get from Fetpak,Inc, they are who I will order from”

“The tape I received was odd. Some of the rolls had more tape than others but was the same brand. There were some rolls that were actually another brand. I am ok with this as long as the tape that I ordered the correct length that I ordered and works well”

Hi Dawn, sorry the Filament Tape was different size rolls. Since your order was less than a case it appears that our warehouse mixed rolls from two different cases. The larger rolls are actually more than 60 yards. Next time we will be sure to send you all rolls from the same case. Hopefully our Filament Tape works well for you. Thank you for your feedback.

“I ordered some items and a few days later got a email that said I needed to take extra steps to have my order processed since i was a new customer. So I took those steps ; contacted customer service , verified my info. I was told "everything is fine they will put in my order" 2 days later I got ANOTHER email saying I needed to send a picture of the front and back of my debit card and send them more personal information. I cancelled the order and very disappointed with this company. I do not intend to use them again.”

Since this was a purchase going to a residential address and not a business address and due to the nature of the product you were purchasing, we needed to ship to the Billing Address on your debit card. So to protect your security and ours we requested proof of card possession. You failed to supply that and we were left with no choice but to cancel your order.

“Box arrived falling apart. Postal service had to re-tape all seams of the box. Inside boxes were also all dented in and falling apart. White leatherette displays were all discolored around seams (brown from old glue) and stems were falling out of bases. I guess you get what you pay for- they were on clearance. Retail bags I ordered were just fine.”

Hi Ashlea, we have attempted to contact you regarding this, please call or email us back to discuss further. It seems UPS damaged the box in transit and they had to re-tape the seems, we apologize for that happening. The Closeout White Leatherette Displays you purchased are all IR's. We do explain this in the description stating, "There may be a slight amount of discoloration on the corners of the display and/or stand may be loose (can be easily glued back in for tight fit)." You are welcomed to look at our first quality Jewelry Displays, with a full 30 day guarantee. Thank you and sorry for the inconvenience.

“You ship so much faster from the warehouse then my old vendor. They used to get the order and it would take at least two days before they shipped out. Fetpak ships out the same day if I order early in the day and the shipping method is also much quicker then my old vendor. I love it.”
