As stated on our checkout page, on Air shipments you would place your order and we would contact you with freight for your approval before shipping out. Due to the large amount of items we carry and combinations of these items plus dimensional pricing by carriers we cannot accurately calculate the freight on Air shipments until the order is packed. We do ship orders out the same day and have free ground shipping on orders over $85.

We shipped your order out the same day we you ordered. UPS reported that the reason for the delay was "receiver moved". Scheduled delivery by UPS is today, Nov 20th. Sorry for the delay.

Tissue Paper Ream we shipped weighed 6 pounds which is in fact slightly higher than the standard weight of a Ream. It should not bleed at all, unless it's aggressively rubbed against a product. However, if you are unhappy with our product(s) you are welcomed to return it within 30 days for a full refund as long as product is intact.

“Our order of jewelry strung tags 11038 arrived promptly. We noticed that they were a little bit bigger than my last purchase at the office supply store which works for me. We was very disappointed when the office stores discounted them because they are the perfect tag for our merchandise for our annual Christmas fundraiser for the historical society. Price tags can either make or break the look of your merchandise.”
