“Hi, my name is Rubén Bonano. I have been customer of Fetpak Inc. for more that nine years. The only thing that I dont agree is to amoun of charges of the shipment proces when you send us the materials. I think its to hi when you compare with others orders from others states. Speciale from Ebay and from Amazone. I think too, that it takes to mucho days to confir the shipment proces. In this moment I suspend thepaking proces of the fotocopys because I dont have the material theres abou tre weks. The materials that you sell are of quality and in this order thre are good prices. Thank you for being a long time customer of Fetpak, we really appreciate that. On shipments out of the 48 Contiguous States the customer has to approve freight costs before we ship out. This usually only takes one day. The products you usually purchase from us are heavy and shipping can be high, but we only charge you our freight cost, we pass along our discounts to you. Also as you know our prices are low with good quality so even with the freight other companies, including those on Amazon and Ebay have a very difficult time competing with us. Thanks again for your orders.

The Cotton Filled Boxes are sold in full cartons only, however most of our other jewelry boxes are sold individually or by dozens. Sorry we can't break the cases on the Cotton Filled Boxes. Thank you for being customer of ours.

“Great design! These cases hold more trays, and have a much better design for the zipper, making them easier to load and unload. The handle is also a better design as it's front to back handle doesn't have to be snapped together to carry. We've replaced all of our old cases and are very happy with these.”

“I ordered a black velvet box with present box from Fetpak for a gift I'd purchased but did not like to jewelry box it came in. It had been an expensive necklace but the box it came in was cheap looking. The black velvet box is exactly what this gift needed. It's perfect. It also arrived in just a few days. Very happy with.”

“Website does not work, does not remember you and allow log back in to reorder or reveiw orders placed. We almost feel this was on purpose as set up account twice and could never get back in. Then sent wrong color bags and shipped display case very poorly packaged with key in door with no protection, broke key off in lock and damaged door. then want to blame on carrier. Does not meet our co-op standards or any really. advise to stay away. Too bad”

Not sure for the reason to attack us through assumptions, but our website actually works fine as tens of thousands of our customers consistently order from it. We have been in business for over 30 years and are well known for our honesty, quality products and reliability. You ordered 4 cases of blue bags and we shipped blue bags. You must have mistakenly through you ordered green. Check your order confirmation, as it clearly states blue. Of course you are welcomed to exchange these for green. As for the showcase, we don't blame the carrier, but when a customer says there is damage to our product we look at the reasons why. Reasons ranging from a carrier repacking the item to extremely rough handling. After gathering the information we can then determine the outcome and responsibility. We have have over 30 years of partnerships with our carriers, to assume that we wanted to blame them for something they did not do is just false. To also assume that we set up our website so we can get you to sign up for two accounts is also blatantly false. We do not appreciate your assumptions and they actually border on slander. Our customers know us well and our new customers are welcomed to read some of the thousands of great reviews we receive. We have one of the highest ratings in the packaging business. We believe that speaks for itself and we trust that one review from a disgruntled person will not change this at all.
