“Items I ordered were out of stock. I wish your system would be updated constantly so items could be labeled, "out of stock", " unavailable" or "backordered", instead of processing the order and then getting back to your client informing them that items are not in stock, then canceling their order.”

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review about your experience with Fetpak Holdings, LLC. We apologize that the order did not go smoothly for you. However, we attempted to reach out to you multiple times, both before and after this review was posted. We have received no response from you, other than this review and this review does not accurately reflect what happened. Your order was not canceled because items were out of stock. It is our policy to ship everything we have in stock at the time an order is placed and then ship items that are out of stock, at no additional charge to the customer. Our shipping policy clearly states customers outside the continental United States will have additional shipping fees. We have contacted you at least 7 seven times, by email and phone, to resolve the additional shipping fees issue and have gotten no response. Sometimes we will "cancel" an order to get an unresponsive customer's attention, but it can be reinstated. If you would like to place your order again, and pay the additional shipping fees for delivery outside the continental United States we can accommodate that.
