“many of the boxes were just thrown into shipping carton and the outer white boxes were damaged making those useless for sales of jewelry. quite upset about the careless packing!!!!”

It's possible they were damaged in transit and repacked by the carrier, but please call us to make sure and we will immediately remedy the problem.
