“As before, the products I ordered are good quality. My only concern is that since the ordered gift boxes had no padding around them to absorb the impact along the edges/corners of the shipping container/box, the gift boxes along the corners and a few along the long edges of the shipping box were a bit damaged with crumpled corners/edges.”

“I have not received my order yet. I was told the supplier does not have it in stock. I have however, received two follow-up phone calls asking if I could use a different product. The customer service has been wonderful. Hope they can fill the order soon or I will need to look elsewhere.”

“This was my 3rd order from Fetpak. I like their rotating earring racks that hold up to 96 earrings. This most recent order was missing the rod and nut that run down the center of the rack. I emailed them about it and the missing parts were sent out right away. I am very pleased with the service and and price of their products. I'm a satisfied customer.”
