“I recently purchased 400 paks of tissue. To my surprise when I opened up the master carton. I found out that 3 50 packs had been taken out of there cartons and stuffed in to the master carton. Not good 15 to 20 were messed up. NOT a good way to save money on ups. john Bellarosa.”

“The boxes I ordered arrived in good condition and in a timely manner. Although I was somewhat surprised at the packaging, for a company that sells shipping boxes and packing supplies my items were packed in a cut down box filled with newspaper and another cut down box as a filler. Here is your place to shine with an example of how to do it right. Yes, I know recycling saves money.”

Terri, thank you for your feedback. On the packaging as you mentioned, if needed we do cut down boxes to save on freight costs and re-use paper and cardboard for packaging. We understand it may not look pretty, but it keeps our costs down which in turn keeps our prices low. Plus recycling is always a good thing.

Bea, thank you for the positive review. On the coupon codes, many times they can be found in our Email Newsletters which generally go out once every two weeks. We also post codes on Facebook and Twitter. Hope this helps and you get to use one soon.

“Wow, what a GREAT company! Excellent quality, good prices, super quick shipping - next day. I ordered a bunch of ring boxes, pendant boxes and bracelet boxes in the leatherette and they are wonderful quality and were packed superbly. Joseph, as per your online order form you ordered 200 M436 Black on 09/15/15 and we shipped 200 M436 Black on 09/15/15. If you are unhappy with these bags please contact manager@fetpak.com or call our Customer Service Mon-Fri from 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern Time at 631-864-3090 and we can issue an RA number for a full refund.
