Your credit card address did not match your shipping address so we then contacted you and requested you to call us. You then responded by email on Nov 10th stated you were no longer interested.

I had a very good experience with the online live chat...was able to connect on the phone with the very nice personi was chatting with to complete my order. She was so nice and helpful. Got my order in 2 days as promised with very affordable shipping cost. The magnetic ring bowed with bows was super cute and we will definantly do more business with this company.
