Unable to comment too much as I am still waiting for my purchases to arrive. Not too impressed with the speed of delivery and the complete lack of communication about the delay. The e-mail asking for a review arrived before the purchase!

CAS 1113175J7HOV4 0RDER FT40000012329381 I wanted to say that I think that it is unfair that one cannot receive a refund in a store if you purchased online. Why is this ? PLEASE REPLY thanks I am still waiting to hear back about the error on my order. I emailed customer services 5/12 and have not heard back. I had a £10 discount voucher which you didn't deduct from the order. Also I have not received my order yet. Mrs Churney jardohltd@aol.com

Usually very prompt with delivery but so far have not received my order despite getting two dispatch notifications......am still waiting......

You are asking for feedback when I still haven't received my parcel! I was told when ordering 3-5 days for delivery. I realise this is a busy time of year - maybe employ more couriers? I have also been unable to track my order so far, the status just says waiting for collection (by couriers I presume) but unable to give/get any more information than that. Don't mind waiting so much if I knew where my parcel is exactly! Be nice to be kept informed.

Having made my order on 1st December I have yet to receive it so I cannot give you a true review. But having waited 8 days so far I think it's a good job I'm not in a hurry.

They are usually ok, but this time things have not gone well and trying to some help to sort out any problems is impossible! After four e-mails and week with no order, I am now contacting my Credit Card Company and holding the payment to get a full refund!

I have not received my order yet! Was despatched on 1st. but still to arrive- I think you need to check these things before you ask for a review of your service.

I ordered a pair of walking boots on Wednesday. I paid for next day delivery and it is now Sunday and they still haven't arrived. Not impressed!!

I wanted to use a different delivery address from the billing address. I entered it and continued to the next page, but the confirmation email used the billing address for both. I assume I failed to click a confirm button or something like that, but I think the page could make this requirement clearer. I contacted the customer services department immediately informing them of the problem. I received an automated reply that I would be contacted in the next 5 working days. I do not think that that is an appropriate service level for internet retail. In the event I received an email 2 days later informing me that as I had said the addresses on the order were the same and that the delivery address could not be changed and the courier would be instructed to return the package to F&T. The following afternoon, I received an email informing me the package had been dispatched. I think your delivery process should be agile enough to update orders in this timeframe.

Surprised at finding the charge for collection in store would be the same as for postal delivery. Would have preferred to collect in store actually. Despite ordering xxL size (the largest) found that the item was skimpy and not big enough (haven't had this problem with xxL on many other items of clothing bought from other stores in recent weeks.

The shoes we ordered came quickly and were as described - thank you. With the shoes came a sportsdirect mug. We didn't know Field and Trek was part of the sportsdirect grouup. Sportsdirect have a poor record on employee relations and abuse zero hour contracts, in our view http://www.theguardian.com/uk-news/economics-blog/2013/aug/04/zero-hours-contract-workers-reserve-army-labour We should have done better research. And / or Sports Direct / Field and Trek should improve their ways of working. Thanks Grant

I paid for next day delivery and didn't get it. Courier update says they called and left a card but they did not (and I was in all day). Delivery made at 17.30 on rearranged day - with no delivery slots or time updates that meant staying in all day. I emailed Field and Trek 4 working days ago to ask for a delivery charge refund due to failure of next day delivery, but as yet have had no reply. I am happy with the product but annoyed about the poor service. I will shop elsewhere next time.

Two out of three items had to be returned. Trainer size not available in exact UK equivalent size and sock length not clear when ordering. Also cross to receive unwanted free gift of a large ceramic mug made in China. What a waist of resources for this to cross the globe to end up in my bin!

I made my order on same day as my friend.He has received his parcel today..as for me,i have still not receive mine yet..!!! Why is it that it took a week just to arrive n depart facility East Midland..?? Its supoosed to be express delivery service..!! I suppose to receive the items in a week right? Can you please check on why this happened? I am suppose to make more purchase in near future from you.as there r a lot of things that i wanted to buy..but i have to thing again before i could do it after i face this experience...thk you.

the running leggings I purchased came with sports direct labels and security tags. I couldn't wear them until I went to a store to get the metal tags removed, which made ordering online and getting home delivery a bit pointless.

Delivery Poor 7;30am on a Saturday morning is not a reasonable time to deliver Driver advised tat he could only deliver at 7:30am on any day Goods finally delivered Today at 7:54am
