Customer service communication is non-existent I emailed query about late delivery twice and still had no reply a week later!! No contact numbers available only a form to submit. Luckily delivery finally turned up. But doesn't fill you will confidence for future orders

Paid for express delivery. Before 11am. Aparently it turned up nearer 1500. I had already gone. Not my 1st disappointing experience with DPD.

I was disappointed to find when my ski pants arrived they had a Sports Direct price tag. I placed my order with Field and Trek. I do not shop in Sports Direct normally as I am concerned by some of their business practices. I have since looked on the Field and Trek website and cannot find any reference to the company being part of the Sports Direct Group. Had I seen, I would not have purchased them from Field and Trek. I think this is deceitful trading. I would return the product but unfortunately I am going skiing and haven’t got time. I am sure there are others who feel the same as I do.

i placed an order for two campri ski set jn71 black 7-8 (SB) my order came but a jacket is missing from the order i sent an email on your contact us site but nobody has replied i also dont like the fact you cant phone up and talk to a member of staff which i think i would be able to rectify your mistake straight away it seems your pickers dont read the information correctly i understand mistakes are made but the least you can do is be contactable if i was replied to via email with an apology and conformation of the missing jacket posted i wouldnt of given you a poor rating

No contact details to email or speak to anyone. As the sizing chart on the shoes does not clearly differentiate between UK, Euro and US sizing I ended up getting the UK 11.5 even though I thought I ordered 11.5 (45.5). Price is good but service is not.

It has taken a long time for the items to arrive in store. I’ve visited the store to find out what’s happening and was rudely told to just wait. There’s not contact number to chase things up. Further more I got this review email before Ive had my order completed.

The item arrived with the security tag still on it and I've emailed to try and get a replacement but haven't heard back.

I had ordere shoes size 44,5 EUR (10,5 UK), but you sent me size 45 EUR (11 UK). The box was damaged. If they're too big for my friend, I'll send them back.

My last three orders from F&T have had issues. Previously I've ordered mens training shoes UK size 11.5 and US size 11.5 turned up making them a size too small. I ordered a goretex jacket last year and the one that arrived had splashes of anti theft ink on it, this should have noticed/checked by the person preparing the order before dispatch. Finally my last order was for a size 7 training shoe and a size 8 turned up in a size 7 box, again a quick size check would have avoided this. I'm hoping that customer services at F&T will realise the error and offer a pre paid postage label to return items. On a positive note I was offered a discount on the coat which was acceptable.

Received goods promptly but when it came to make an enquiry to exchange goods I found it incredibility frustrating to find a contact number or e-mail address. I have sent an e-mail (found an email address after a lot of searching but not sure if it is the correct one for my enquiry) a few days ago but have not had an answer so am not happy with the aftercare.

Had to send running jacket back as it had a serious flaw in the reflective surface on the back. I hope a replacement will be sent as the garment was a present.

Sizing is wrong - Gelert coat in size 3XL advertised as 54" to 56" chest. I am a 50" chest (Physically measured) but usually order a size higher just in case. however the jacket arrived and is about 3" away from even meeting together - actual size must be around 46/47" NOT 54" - 56". I sent a message to customer services regarding returning this and another equally wrongly sizes fleece - at no cost to myself due to the wrong sizing - but many days later I have received no communication back from them. I have returned these at my own cost for a refund but I will definitely think twice about buying from Field and Trek again.

The shoes are not the colour I ordered. I ordered Asphalt/Red but I was sent Black/Absolute Brown. I noticed that the box has an 'original' label for Black/Absolute Brown which has another label stuck on top saying Asphalt/Red. I suggest your stock control needs improved. I decided to keep the shoes although I am not keen on the colour.

Delivery to local store very slow (6 days. In fact you sent me this review request 2 days before I received the email to say that the goods had arrived at the store!). Service in the local Sports Direct store was very "casual" to say the least - staff seemed totally disinterested in serving a customer. In fact I had to go and find one staff member who had walked right past me as I went to the customer service desk - which was unmanned. She seemed completely uninterested. I won't be visiting Sports Direct Newton Abbot again!
