This company is failing to refund delivery costs which is outside of the terms and conditions on their website - they are ignoring all emails to customer services and they have no contact telephone numbers. Avoid this company. I will never buy from them, sports direct or hof again.

I returned a pair of walking sandals weeks ago and I am still waiting for a refund despite emailing customer services.😢

Considering I haven’t received my goods And I paid for next day delivery I think you’re service is disgusting and I want a full refund on boots and delivery 😡😡😡😡

The jacket was returned because it was too large and I did not like the fabric. I had to pay the return postage for the item and then Field and Trek deducted a further £4.99 from my refund to cover their postage to send it to me! This is extremely poor service, beware.

Ordered item online, all confirmed received and payment taken. Days later, informed item out of stock. Fair enough, but Field and Trek is WAY beyond its own deadline of refund for me. No item and still out of pocket - their online contact form shows everything, it seems, except 'WHERE'S MY REFUND?' Not impressed.

Still waiting for an item ordered and paid for 16th March 2018. Field & Trek won't reply to any of my messages. Trying to get a refund. Never had a problem like this with Cotswold Outdoor. I will never use Field & Trek again!

Full refund of all postage paid and prompt replacement of correct size as ordered.

I paid an extra charge to get next day delivery but goods took longer to arrive. Email to query late delivery was not responded too. Refund of partial delivery charge would be good or even an apology but no response is unacceptable.
