This goes back a few years, so its possibly not fair to report now. I bought a rain jacket which I hardly ever wore. Whilst it is was an awesome jacket, one of the zips on the front of the jacket failed after a year. Was quite prepared to pay for a repair and contacted Customer service. But the team, were just not interested. So effectively a useless jacket

Ordered a sports top. Was sent the completely wrong colour. Returned to them but still waiting for a response. Customer service is abysmal. Response time is ridiculous. Would never ever order from this muppet outfit again.

I was unable to buy directly from one of your stores. I specifically wanted to try the walking boots on before buying. Your website is out of date, the Royston store has closed down and the store in Norfolk does not exist. I bought online, the walking boots were too small and when I returned them they were sent back stating unreturnable . Very disappointed with service.

I ordered two items and only received one of them parcel came with a handwritten to follow I am still waiting for it no email to say out of stock or anythink but the item I received was good quality just a bit upset the service is not better.

Paid for next day delivery and 3 days later they have still not arrived! Tracking says they tried to delivery 2 days ago, I was at home all day decorating front hallway, no deliveries or cards put through door. Then not even attempted to deliver for last 2 days. Exceptionally bad service.

The jacket was returned because it was too large and I did not like the fabric. I had to pay the return postage for the item and then Field and Trek deducted a further £4.99 from my refund to cover their postage to send it to me! This is extremely poor service, beware.
