The fact that you can not return items to a store is very annoying and costly. And in the first instance I would have had to pay for the privilege to collect in store (the gift of a money off voucher for collecting in store is a cynical attempt to make even more money out of customers).

Disappointed to see an obvious scuff mark fault on the front of the left trainer which I would have thought would been clearly seen by any packer. Was this not checked before dispatch? The shoes will be returned, but I see that there is no undertaking by Field and Trek to refund the cost of the return. Packaging and price mark are identical to the same shoe seen at the pick up point in Sports Direct [your parent company] at the same discounted price. Thus there is no advantage in buying on line. In fact it is more expensive when the cost of postage is taken into account.

The article supplied from Field and Trek was delivered to the wrong address. The correct address was on the address label but the courier, Yodel delivered to 'road' and not 'close' delaying the delivery.

I received a completely different item to what I ordered which took 3 or 4 emails to resolve, F&T did eventually give me a freepost address to return the item though.

I was very disappointed to have to pay a postal charge to have my boots sent to a store and even more so at not being able to return them via the store and having to pay again. A £5 in store voucher is not an incentive to shop with you again in store or on line.

Easy to order and delivery was quick However ! I purchased the socks for my husband for Christmas I am not impressed with all the stickers on the socks I would have preferred to have clean looking labels on the socks and not sticker covered kicked round the warehouse or shop look I have given them to my husband after removing the packaging and putting them through the wash He will wear them for work and I won't be buying from you over the internet again Sorry you let yourself down

Ordered pair of boots at 1700 on Friday, 2nd October - paid for expresss/next day delivery. Information stated delivery would be 3rd October 2015. Email received at 0730 on 3.10.2015 that ordered collected by courier. Yodel tracking showed collection at 14.50 on 3.10.2015 and delivery expected 5.10.2015. Don't expect to pay for next day delivery, stay in all day and then not receive delivery. Sent email to customer services - still awaiting response

I appreciate the price of the shoes which I purchased as it was lower than other suppliers. However, I was extremely disappointed with the quality of service and delivery. I paid an extra £6.99 to have next day delivery and this failed to happen. This was not through any fault of mine, the courier failed to call our office or my mobile number when he found the main door to the building closed. It is very clear on the outside of the building which buttons to press to call our office and I would have answered immediately. Furthermore, it was not possible to speak to anyone at Yodel and their online support service gave me incorrect information. After the courier had failed to deliver at 17.35 they twice told me I should continue to wait as the parcel was on its way. I do not think it is right that I am charged £6.99 for a service that I did not receive, however the number for Field and Trek is never answered when I try to call it. Yet that amount was charged from my account even before I received the parcel. This is not good customer service.

Ordered one item and then emailed customer services asking if they could add another item to my order. Received no reply.

Appreciated prompt service, however had no idea that the garment was badly shop soiled. Also the sizing guide left me with a garment approx. four sizes too large. I returned the garment by Special Delivery within two hours of receipt.

I was very disappointed to find I had to pay £4.99 to used "Click and Collect" for a £14 item. All the other companies where I use this service do not charge. Unfortuately I want this item shortly and was therefore prepared to pay but I shall not use Field and Trek again.

Not a patch on the F&T panniers I have used for 20 odd years. New purchase is flimsy and rivets have broken on first use. Not designed to be attached and removed on each journey obviously. If I had paid full price I would be returning it but I will use temporarily while I repair the old panniers.

two items arrived with big plastic security tags. No customer service number to call to get a quick resolution. I have had to go and buy the items elsewhere as I need them for a holiday.

Goods arrived quickly but they were badly packed in torn internal packaging that looked as if they'd been picked up from a corner of the warehouse floor and put into second hand, torn platic wrappers. Sloppy and shabby. Not impressed and probably will not buy from them again

Just purchased a pair of Karrimor Summit shoes, 1x size too large but they are still too narrow for my feet (and I have narrow feet) , I think you should offer clear advise on the purchasing site if shoes such as these differ from normal sizing characteristics. I will now need to return them at my own expense. Regards Richard

Unfortunately your size chart is completely wrong. I ordered an XL as the size chart says this is 46-48" for the chest. I am a 44" chest so expected the goods to fit. They didn't so I have had to return them to be replaced with XXL. I also had to pay the return postage to do this. This is not right. Your size chart needs to be reviewed urgently.

Ordered a 3 season sleeping bag by Gelert. It was needed in a hurry so went for next day delivery. It arrived at 18:55 the next day (so a day wasted as no time window given). There was a split in the stuff sack but don't know who was responsible for this. Why are these made from gossamer thin material? Due to the time constraint, a repair was made and the bag released into the wild.
