Parcel arrived with a free mug - which was completely smashed up inside the box. I ordered a pair of sports sandles - straps defective on left shoe and so did not fit. I ordered 2 Karrimor running tops in the same size, one so huge that it drowned me, the other so tight I couldnt even get it over my head! But they were the same size? Other items smelled musty as if they had been in storage for a long time. And all the items had Sports Direct labels on them. Has F&T bought up lots of old and faulty stock from Sports Direct and is now selling it off cheaply online? Im not sure I would order from F&T again, sorry.

Item was dispatched quickly, but delivery was several days later after many phone calls and emails with yodel - their courier

I bought 8 items. All the plastic bags were torn (obviously to scan tags). Due to large holes in these plastic bags some dirt and dust got inside. I had to clean the jackets myself.

I have been sent two right shoes.... I wanted someone to call so they could rectify the situation without costing me the postage to return them.... awaiting an email response as I couldnt find a number

An item I ordered was completely wrong.Email stated that a card had been put through door with door number of a neighbour where it had been left . Nothing through the door. Could have been anywhere. I hope the item I ordered will be sent to me free of p& p charges

Bought because they were on sale and very glad I didn't pay full price for them. Not very comfortable (but improving slightly) most definitely not waterproof and thin sole is wearing alarmingly quickly and transmits every lump and bump.

Ordered a product worth £20 the main item i wanted and added a small item worth £1.50. I received an email a couple if days later to say that the larger iten was not longer available. Upon checking my account the small item (worth 1.50) had been despatched and i have been charged 3.99 postage, without asking if i still wanted the item. NOT HAPPY. !! Have emailed customer service, just waiting for their response.

The only positive was the speed of delivery, 2 working days. Muddy Fox bib tights are poor quality, not worth £17.99 let alone supposed full price of £49.99. Short sleeved top was supposed to be £26.99 reduced to £9.99. When it arrived it had sale sticker on saying £6.50.

I was sent the wrong sandals - both wrong colour and wrong style but as I needed them for my holiday I did not have time to return them so I was not impressed

OK website & service from Field & Trek, but they used Yodel to deliver. I'll never buy anything from them again.

The logistics department of Field and Trek appears to lack the capability of processing orders correctly. In my concrete case, I received an item in another size than ordered. After having made Field and Trek aware of this error and returning the product, the company again sent me an item in another size than specified. At least, the customer service of Field and Trek appears to be halfway decent, albeit not very competent: after several misunderstandings and having exchanged a lot of correspeondence, I received a full refund for all returned items, including the postage fees.

I paid for next day delivery (order placed before lunch), two days later the parcel arrived. Packagging was fully intact but the tent inside had been cut twice making a hole through all the fabric layers. this damage was obvious and had clearly occured before the tent was packaged to be sent. Very poor show. I used to love F&T back in the day but after this incident and reading other reviews I doubt if I will be using them again.

Boots were delivered quickly but were faulty, one of the eyelets was damaged. There was no option in the returns process to return and get your money refunded for the return postage, this seems very poor as I'm now out of pocket. There's no telephone number for a quick resolution either. I also received a pointless Sports Direct mug which is a complete waste and will go straight in the bin. In conclusion there are better retailers out there.
