“Unable to 5 star as although email confirmation of order was prompt and polite, delivery time was excellent and parcel arrived as and when expected - unfortunately the item sent was not the colour ordered. After emailing Fields - to report their error, I was almost immediately contacted on the telephone with an apology and to arrange exchange and delivery to suit me. I would not hesitate to recommend and purchase from Fields.”

“Had a problem with the zip on my trousers, bottom part of zip not stitched in. Contacted Fields and they sent out a replacement to arrive at a day I requested with a postage paid bag for me to return the faulty pair. Very pleased with quality of trousers and the knowledge that in the unlikely event there should be a problem they will do the necessary to ensure that any problems are resolved to your satisfaction. Well done to all at Fields.”

“The whole experience was excellent from start to finish. My choice was very easy to find on a very good website and the delivery was next day. I wasn't going to be at home when delivery was due and it was delivered to my neighbour exactly on time. The sweater was a perfect fit and exactly what I wanted. Full marks to Fields.”

“Fast service and great value but confused at the 'free returns on all orders' statement when the invoice paperwork that arrives with the order doesn't include a return label and states that returns postage cannot bd refunded!”
