“Ordered goods in what I thought was right size and they were delivered promptly. However, they turned out to be too big. Before returning goods rang up and spoke to very helpful staff, who helped with sizing. Returned goods and correct size of everything arrived within 2 days. Excellent service. Little tip, if not sure of sizing do ring them up - I found their measurements are generous. My brother is very pleased with quality of goods.”

“Next day delivery great.White Tuxedo Jacket came boxed and as expected a little creased. I was collecting a suit from the cleaners and took jacket and asked them to press it.They noticed a mark on the front of the jacket and drew it to my attention. Jacket fits well . I do not intend to return it as I want to wear it before I could return and get replacement. I do urge thorough inspection of garments (white Tuxedo) before despatch”

“I recently purchased some Loake shoes, from the very start the customer service from this company has been excellent. I was kept informed every step of the way and was very impressed with the professionalism. Unfortunately the shoes were too big and I had to send them back, but even then the help and information I was given were first rate. Matt in the customer information department deserves a special mention for reserving me a pair on the right size and dispatching them the same morning that my returns arrived back to them. Absolutely outstanding service. If I had one little grip, it's having to pay the P&P for the return, but this hasn't taken the shine off my overall customer experience and I would recommend Fields Menswear to anyone”

“I ordered my Morning Suit at 3.30pm one day and the suit arrived at 10am the next day! That is what I call excellent service. Plus, the suit fitted perfectly, it could have been made to measure. Well done, I will recommend you to anyone who asks. Jim Lamb”
