“My new shoes not only arrived very promptly but the Steptronics are excellent and highly recommended, the staff at Fields were very helpful indeed and put themselves out to help me, there is precious little customer service of this level left in the world, thanks! “I ordered a pair of trousers on thursday 25th for delivery on friday but they did not arrive tried to find out on the computer but was not supplied with the delivery number,so could not check on the delivery, i am typing this message on Monday at 9-45 and they have not arrived yet.”
