“Product quality is good, although fit is a bit tight in comparison with other makes of the same size. I was very disappointed that as both items that I ordered were out of stock initially, (jacket & waistcoat and then trousers) that I was charged carriage on the trousers! Actually there was no option to link the order!”

However in instances such as yours if you notify us we will be happy to review shipping charges. As you would have qualified for free shipping had the second item been in stock we have refunded the delivery charge for the trousers. “Ordering process easy. Product itself well packaged. Delivery carrier used by Fields Menswear very quick and efficient so a very reliable end to end process. Regarding the product itself, a 58S White Tuxedo Jacket the product complied with industry standard key dimensions for this size, as can be obtained by searching the Internet for size charts. Therefore pleased to say that it was a good fit and look forward to wearing it soon.”

“I ordered a 3 piece suit which was delivered promptly I had to return the trousers as the 36R were too long (I failed to find on line the guidelines on sizing, I was looking for a 29 inch leg but R equals 31 in). I rang at ,1530 on Friday afternoon and explained my problem. No ,29 in were in stock but a seamstress altered a longer pair and they were despatched by 1630 arriving at 1000 Monday morning ,(and being worn by ,,1600!). Many thanks to Mathew and the team. For speed I actually ordered and paid for the replacements as a separate order ,with the new order was a returns label etc and the original trouser ordered is on its way back for a refund. Excellent customer service. Thanks. Terry”

“Having tried to purchase on line and learning the goods were out of stock, I telephoned the next day (Monday) The salesman was most helpful and confirming the out of stock situation was able to tell me that fresh supplies would be available on Wednesday. I placed an order received E Mail confirmation that the goods had arrived and would be deliveded on Thursday, followed by confirmation of despatch and eta for Today. Goods arrived within the timescale notified. First Class service from all concerned. Philip Summers”

“Did not know this retailer, but the price of the Barker shoes was really tempting. So bought them really good efficient service from Fields, let you know about delivery details etc, good service as well from dpd, great would use Fields again”
