“The reason for giving a poor rating is that I was supposed to have received my boots on Thursday, based on the pledge you made on your website. I am still waiting to receive my boots, were planning to wear them tonight Saturday 13th, two days late. Also no one has contacted me to explain why the boots have not been dispatched yet”

“Excellent service. Goods as ordered were delivered the next day in the time slot indicated. Text and email updates informed me of the progress of delivery. The goods were packaged extremely well. I am very happy with the service received and will recommend to friends and will use Fields Menswear again. Thank you.”

“The trousers were dispatched promptly after the order was placed and arrived on time as per the advcie from the couriers. the trousers are a very good fit and my wife informs me that the trousers are of a good material and well made. Thank you for an excellent product. Tony J”

“Fields Menswear run a smooth efficient service that keeps it's customers informed every step of the way. However it would satisfy it's customers further if they kept more stock in their store. There are very few shirts of the same size , with 2 or more in stock.”

“Excellent friendly service. The goods arrived on time despite the false alarms regarding non-delivery. There is a need to identify (perhaps with a chalk mark) the stitching on the pockets to be unpicked. Unfortunately I chose the wrong seam and had to re-sew one side pocket.”
