“I am very happy with fields, I ordered a new suit and in no time at all it's arrived, it was nicely packaged and to my amazement all three pieces fitted first time, (even after my optimistic waist measurement) .I had some questions before delivery and they were answered immediately by email, excellent customer service and highly recommended !”

“My original order continued an item which was out of stock. An e-mail the next morning offered a superior replacement and, at that point I realised I had clicked on the wrong size! No problem. The correct size - in the superior quality - arrived just three days after placing the original order and fits my husband perfectly. What excellent customer service!”

“I purchased two Gabicci jumpers for my husband. They were a good fit and of the quality we have come to expect of the brand. The service from Fields was excellent. The order was placed in the evening; I had an e-mail at 9.30 next morning to say they were despatched. The courier (Interlink Express) kept me informed of delivery time and the parcel was delivered at 10 am the next morning.”

“I bought a formal morning suit from Fields over the phone, having used the website (which is very good). The suit arrived promptly and was very well packaged. I found the gentlemen I spoke to knowledgeable and really polite. Unfortunately, I misjudged my sizing (totally my fault, I was too cautious in my estimation) and had to return the jacket. Instead of opting to post it back (and run the risk of messing it up again) I decided to visit the store to get it right. The help the gentlemen gave me in-store was exceptional. I now have a perfectly fitted suit and cannot speak highly enough of this company. It is really a classy establishment, and I am so glad I went there. I would recommend this company to anyone (have no doubts at all, you will not regret it!)”
