“Excellent service,the order I placed was out of stock.However after a phone call from John I selected an alternative pair of Bruhl trousers and these were sent off the same day.The following morning I received an e-mail giving me a one hour time slot for delivery and they arrived as promised. Very efficient and I would use Fields again.”

“within 24 hours of making and placing the order it was delivered to my door ready to wear as if it had been tailored made, after having requested that the length of the trouser legs be made to fit my size. This was done without extra charge. The quality of the cloth is excellent and the delivery time was spot on. Excellent service, will be using again and will be recommending to my friends.”

“Ordered a new pair of mens shoes late morning, the shoes arrived the next day, and the notification, dispatch and tracking service provide is second to none, e.g., if every on line service was a good as the one provided by Fields Menswear then them more and more buyers would do business over the web. This will not be the last time I purchase form Fields Menswear as I know that they deliver on their high standards. If there was ever the need for a six star grading then this shop would be that six star that gets my award!”

“New customer and bought a new suit! Very impressed with the products and service I received. The salesman I dealt with (John) was very professional, knowledgable and was very patient with me ( I tend to take a long time deciding and usually get stressed clothes shopping because of my shape!) this experience was not like any other buying clothes, was brilliant. John is an asset to your team.You have a new customer who will be returning!”

“New customer & Bought a new suit from Fields Menswear and found the products and service really good! The salesman who I dealt with (John) was very professional, knowledgable, and was very patient with me (I tend to get stressed and take forever buying new clothes due to my shape!) but this was painless, an asset to your team! “Speed of delivery superb and notification of 1hr time very useful. Product was well made and of usual Farah quality. Only down side was sizing. I ordered 32R leg length and they are at least 2" longer. I suppose this I is so I can turn them up. I'm 6' 1" in height so it looks like I'm 32S ? I will remember this for next time as company can not be faulted.”

“The trousers were of excellent quality & arrived in exactly the manner & time detailed by the firm. The delivery arrangements could not be improved. The firm, however, suffers from email/verbal diarrhoea in producing excessive numbers of emails - even including a request for a report before the order has been delivered.”
