“The service was great and the item was dispatched very quickly, arriving the next day despite changing the delivery address from home to collection at Doddle. The jacket itself was very nice but too large, which was unexpected as I have similar style jackets in the same size 42L which fit perfectly. Unfortunately similar jackets in the required smaller size are currently out of stock.”

“Fields had problems with some water damaged stock so delivery was a little longer than usual. However, they were quick to 'phone and explain the problem and with my agreement substituted the jacket and waistcoat with those from another supplier. I am delighted and the quality and fit. Fields gave a first class service.”

“The service I received was excellent, my trousers had to be altered, I received an email saying they would be delivered in 1 week, which was good. Then I had an email saying they would be delivered after only 3 days and would be between 1 hour - they were delivered spot on time - excellent - I would have no hesitation in recommending Fields.”

“Parcel never got to me because they use the cheapest firm to deliver and can't understand simple delivery instruction. Could not resolve my problem poor service would never use again. Eventually got refund after having to get nasty on the phone”

Dear Mr Nightingale, I am sorry to hear you are so unhappy with our service. As one of the team explained, on this occasion Interlink passed your parcel to a third party to deliver, who are unfortunately not insured to leave a parcel without a signature. I would like to assure you that Interlink are our courier of choice because after using many couriers over the years, none have come even close to the service they provide for us, i am just very sorry that on this occasion, they have allowed a third party to let them down. We have filed a complaint with interlink over this as it is unacceptable. You have indeed not had the level of service we strive to deliver, but i must add that your refund was given as soon as you requested it and it would be unfair to say otherwise. “I ordered a Loakes shoe care box from Fields Menswear on Tuesday evening and it arrived well packaged on Thursday. The online ordering was easy to do and the package could be tracked all the stages of it's delivery. There was constant information and a one hour delivery slot. This was a fast, efficient service from Fields and I am very satisfied”

“Like most people I knew what I wanted and searched for the cheapest place to buy it. Fields had what I wanted at the best price so I bought online. Delivery was very quick and it was evident that time and effort had been taken to protect the item in transit.”
