“The Tux was exactly the brand that I was searching for as I was having difficulty in finding the size that I needed even in other specialist stores and on line. the service was fantastic the 1 hour delivery slot allowed me to plan my day. Would recommend Fields to all my friends.”

“I contacted Fields by email requesting more information with regard to a pair of shoes I was going to purchase. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a phone call within a matter of hours by someone from Fields who answered my question. I ordered the shoes and they arrived within a matter of days. Excellent service and I will be more than happy to use Fields again. Mr A.C.”

“I ordered a jacket for my husband for rememberance day , there was a mix up with where I thought the Fields shop was , And I thought I could pick it up from Isle Of Wight , but I got confused and the Shop was in Essex , But they were brilliant put the Blazer in post for me and I received it next day To the Island , and my husband loves . Thankyou Fields in Essex I will be using you again . Kim Andrews.”

“I was very happy with my purchase it was exactly what I wanted complete accurate discription good quality and fields menswear did next day delivery which was perfect for me. I had to briefly deal with the customer service who I'd like to make a point of saying was absolutely brilliant. I spoke with someone called Matthew and he was so helpful got back to me straight away he's a credit to your company. The only thing that let the experience down was the delivery, me and my colleague who deals with parcels for my place of work both made a comment to your driver who to he honest was borderline rude about it that the packaging was absolutely filthy, it was black. It was also screwed up and so was the box the bow tie was in. Luckily the product wasn't damaged but I was quite surprised it wasn't with the state it was delivered in. I would make sure your drivers are being more careful on their trucks as this in my opinion doesn't look good for what is a good company. Thank you”
