“I tried ordering for "next day" delivery but on that day the courier company contacted me to rearrange delivery because they were incapable of achieving such a goal, no matter how good your service is you are being dragged down by associating with a courier that is incapable of delivering. Overall this combination fails to get you above a score of zero”

“I saw your advertisement on my computer and responded to it as I was in need of some casual trousers from your sale. I ordered a total of five pairs as they were from a very good manufacturer and to my surprise they were delivered in only about four days. I was informed about my delivery at all stages and it was delivered within the one hour time slot stated on that day so I knew and didn`t have to waste the whole day. I am very pleased with this transaction and rate your service as excellent.”
