“Filled out the Application for Replacement Naturalization Document on 4/11/24. It was received in the mail and I signed and sent it to USCIS. I just received it back, and it was rejected because FileRight had used out-of-date forms. They had used Edition 12/08/21. File Right refuses to refund the $285. I did not receive the correct documents and they say that I don't "qualify for a refund". It was a complete waste of money on forms that I could have easily filled out myself, but I was on a time crunch. Stay well clear of this company!!!”

The FileRight website mimics the Canadian Government website.
I subsequently applied on the Canadian Government (.gov.ca) website, paid CAD 50 and was issued a PRC.

The Website is very easy to use, only the Application fee for the PR Card is $50,
and File Right charges $165 for the use of their website.
I only used Fileright, because I was not able to open and download the application from the Government Website. I hoped that the $165 would include the $50 for the
application fee, but unfortunately I will not use the site again, next time.”
