“I had never used an advice centre or broker before so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Paul and Emily have been excellent from start to finish, they have been very professional and worked to my pace and understanding. They have found me the most suitable and cost effective mortgage that I probably wouldn’t have been able to find myself. I actually wouldn’t look to source my own mortgage again, finance advice centre do a much better job and save me the time and worry.”

“Both Paul and Olivia have been outstanding with everything they have done for us, when we were let down by lenders they never gave up and it's thanks to them that we now have everything sorted out, always kept in touch and went the extra mile for us, and because of Paul and Olivia I would highly recommend Finance Advice Centre Ltd to others”

“Having never experienced a remortgage on a help to buy scheme before I had total faith and trust in Rob and Callum from start to finish. Their thorough knowledge and patience with my questions really was integral to keeping my stress levels low. Whenever I asked a question or needed any advice they responded quickly and being out the country with work a lot they made this so easy for me. I can not recommend them enough and will certainly be using them again in the future.”

“We highly recommend our advisor Alice Hale, the service she gave us was outstanding from start to finish , she immediately put our minds at rest to know that some as one as capable as she is, was handling our mortgage, She was always on hand to answer any questions on the phone, and was always willing to go that extra mile for us. I would not hesitate to recommend Alice and should the need arise would contact her again Quite refreshing to get someone that cared as much as Alice “Thank you Alice””

“Steve Hatton, our advisor, was so reassuring and competent sounding from the start, I immediately felt comfortable proceeding. He kept in touch very regularly, including over weekends, and was always available. I am so happy that we will be able to buy our first home now that the mortgage is agreed, I never thought this would be possible for me!”

“We were helped by Paul Coss who was absolutely brilliant. We had to stop and start our mortgage application on several occasions and this was never an issue for him. He managed to get us a really good deal on a mortgage and our life / critical cover. The support he gave us was fantastic and he made the whole process easier. Himself and his colleague Emily were both incredibly friendly and I wouldn't hesitate recommending him to others.”

“Excellent job by Steve Hatton. Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish, always easy to contact 7 days a week. There was not a time I couldn't contact him, even when he was at home he was always at the end of the phone or email. More then happy to recommend and will definitely use again in the future. For the service I got with the circumstances I was in the money paid for the service was very good and would have been happy paying more. Outstanding job Steve Hatton. Well done.”

“I called your upon your services not knowing what to expect as I needed a financial adviser really quickly. Harriette Milne answered the phone and we had a fabulous conversation she was so professional kind and helpful. I explained my needs and she was able to help me with everything, infact she became more like a friend with all her help, understanding and patience as there was many personal problems along the way. “We were unsure if we could get a mortgage however we then spoke to Paul at Finance Advice Centre. Who not only got us a mortgage but we got the house of our dreams. We then Spoke to Emily who was just as amazing and helpful as Paul. We fully recommend them. So knowledgeable and professional throughout every step.”

“When we spoke with Paul Clark we had already had an application through another broker which was pretty much dead in the water. Prior to that we have been trying for a mortgage for around 3 years. One of the biggest was, our case was complex and multifaceted. However, Paul clearly and concisely set out what options he felt we had and what direction we should go in. I took his advice with a pinch of salt as I felt we had no chance and he was just another ambitious broker who will say not cannot deliver. We were absolutely amazed when Paul got us through the initial underwriting stage and from there we were flying. After a few weeks and some hard work by Paul and Emily we got our mortgage offer through and we are now cracking on with the conveyancing. Paul, Emily, thank you for making our dream a reality.”
