“Chris Rowlson and Kavan Morris who were appointed as our advisors gave faultless service. Their advice was first rate and we were kept informed and up to date throughout the process. There was never any aspect of the process which was too much trouble with everything being explained thoroughly and clearly.”

“I first aproched Paul Clark at the finance advice service after having several aquard meetings with your move independents. Witch just came across as did not give a s**t about anny1 and just wanted to rush you though what thay wanted to do that and the £850 premium we resived the total opposite with Paul Clark at the finance advise service genuine honest and on the ball every single phone call if not answerd was returned within the hour no matter how big or small the question or matter in hand always willing to help also his assistant Kayleigh on the ball with every concerning email would recommend Paul and Kayleigh to anny1 and also the finance advise service as a whole To discribe in 3 words my whole experience with Paul would be Comferting,reassuring,willing”

“Its not just what they do but how they do it. Our advisor Dan could not have been more friendly, compassionate and determined to get the right solution for us and he really did. We have gone from despair to jubilation in a matter of weeks, Dan has truly helped find a way to change our lives. If you are not sure, give them a call, it will be the best decision you make this year.... It was for us! Simply cannot thank you enough”

“I picked Finance Advice Centre not knowing who to use. I enquired with a few brokers and decided to go with Paul. The thing I like was that Paul calls you back. In fact he calls you regularly with any update or progress. He doesn't work 9-5 (same as me) and both him and Lewis were helpful and professional. Working in a service industry area managing 14 stores, I pride myself on delivering good service and it frustrates me when I don't get what I think should be normal. I was happy I chose Paul and the fee seemed reasonable compared to others or even better! I would recommend them and would use again. Paul and Lewis are a credit to their employer.!”

“We can't thank Tiffany and Callum enough for their help and support. We came to them for help obtaining a mortgage and can honestly say we wouldn't have been able to do it without them. All of our questions were answered promptly and they chased up on things for us, taking out all of the hard work. Highly recommend.”

“Lynn Cutts was amazing she gave us hope and is a miracle worker. We were told that we could not get a mortgage and she made it happen! “Got a mortgage for us where others could not, although we had told other places the same things eg a past ccj and a poor credit rating. We are very happy with all they did and they were very understanding with are past issues. If you have any past ccjs or a bad credit rating please get in touch with these, don't give up on anything, we were turned down by a mortgage broker on the high street and are existing mortgage company could not help us, even tho we never missed a payment to them. Thanks for all the help”

“My knowledge of mortgages is very limited and I new I would have lot's of questions regarding this whole process. From day one Jeanette and Kayleigh were incredibly supportive and replied to any query I had very quickly and eased any concerns I had. The final deal we settled for which is now all completed was better than I could imagine and when I move in the future I will come straight back to Jeanette and Kayleigh to help! :)”

“Without the Finance Advice Centre we would never have got our new mortgage and new house. We had been turned away by a couple of brokers, simply for both being self-employed. Our history of excellent credit, owning our own home and being consistently in employment seemed to count for nothing. The door was always closed to us. Once we got in touch with Nick at the Finance Advice Centre everything turned around. Nick asked the right questions, listened, kept us informed and built a case file that personally and accurately reflected our situation.... not pigeonholing us like the bank did. A friendly and professional service throughout. Nick was there to answer any questions, even outside of his working hours! I would recommend this company to anyone. Thank you for helping us to buy our family home.”

“I engaged the services of Finance Advice Centre just 2 weeks ago when my current mortgage provider Santander could not help with a remortgage. I tried Natwest who wasted a lot of my time as staff in branch seem not to know their own policies. I went on line and was a little reluctant as I thought it would be a back street lender with very high Interest rates how very wrong I was. I was Introduced to Paul Coss who would be my mortgage adviser. It is rare to come across someone so efficient and the speed he has worked at has been amazing. I work 3 jobs so time is precious Paul explained the whole process what we could hope to achieve and made everything so simple. If i had a query or question if i emailed or texted late at night or on a weekend I got my answer immediately whether he was home dishing the dinner up or at at an awards ceremony he is never off call. In just 2 weeks I have re mortgaged with one of the best high street lenders on the market with a fantastic rate I never thought possible. Please make Finance Advice Centre your one and only call if you want fast results the best deal and a well-executed service make them your one and only call. I hope Finance Advice Centre realise what a great team member they have working for them.”

“I contacted finance advice centre as me and my partner wanted to buy our first home. My partner had adverse credit so I wasn't very optimistic! However the IFA that was assigned to me called Chris Towlson was eager to be able to achieve this dream for us. Himself and Cavern his admin were really amazing at getting everything done quickly and easily! Chris had this case for months and refused to give up even when there were hurdles along the way. If it wasn't for Chris and his admin we wouldn't be buying our first home. We got our mortgage offer and exchanged contracts on our first home earlier this week. We look forward to being home owners! We never thought it would be possible! I wouldn't go to any one else now! & would recommend finance advice centre to everyone! I'm so grateful! Thank you Chris & the admin staff for all your help!”

“Our advisor was very thorough and efficient. He worked hard to find the best mortgage solution for us.
