“Definitely recommend Finest Dental. I had Invisalign treatment at the London Liverpool Street practice. Very professional and made me feel very comfortable. My treatment also only lasted about 13/14 months as they allowed me to change braces every week instead of every fortnight so if you believe your treatment is working effectively and quickly suggest speeding up your treatment and in my case they allowed that! Now my teeth are perfect. I’d definitely recommend getting a fixed retainer as well.”

“I attended the Canon St practice and highly recommend it. My dentist Katie Irwin was fantastic. The practice is very professional and the quality of their work is top notch. I can now smile with confidence. I have since brought my friend to the practice and she is very happy as well.”

“I never see the same dentist. There is little continuity in my treatment. Terrible handover due to a serious lack of communication in the team. I have been waiting over 6 months for a refund for a wisdom tooth extraction that never went ahead and should never have been booked in the first place. Despite all this I am quite happy with the results of my Invisalign treatment, I just feel that a lot of time has been wasted by poor organisation.”

“I rarely attend the dentist due to cost and time. It's often something that's forgotten about. This dentist (MK) came recommended to me and I am so, so glad. Booking in was smooth & my checkup was great. On discussing whitening packages/courses- I was well informed by all members of the team and there was zero pressure to buy into this. This is something I will 100% be booking in for and can't wait to return to these guys. Great service.”

“Finest Dental Milton Keynes is absolutely fantastic. I am currently undergoing the Invisalign treatment with them. Every member of the team is friendly, welcoming and always on hand to offer great advice and to often calm my nerves! All appointments have been made well in advance and Finest Dental are always happy to accommodate my working hours with early or late appointments. The practice is easy to find, immaculately clean and offers free parking in a very busy area- what more could I ask for! Highly recommend.”

“I booked with Finest Dental to have Invisalign braces and up until the fixed retainers were fitted I had absolutely no issues with the service. On fitting the fixed retainers at my last part of treatment, I was told that I would not be seeing my usual dentist and that someone else would be taking over. My lower fixed retainer was fitted but they did not fit my upper retainer because they said I had cavities forming in most of my front teeth - no x-ray was taken. I since went to my Dentist who has advised that this is false, and my teeth are fine. 2 months ago I requested a refund for the work that was not done and I am STILL waiting. I was promised that the money would hit my account on 2 separate dates and when it didn't I would call and email to find out what was happening. I have had absolutely NO communication from Mark Grogan (accounts) or Vicki (complaints) since November 22 and I have called over 10 times in the last week only to be told that they dont have numbers and can pass on a message. The service is absolutely despicable and I will be taking the matter further with the relevant authorities.”

“For those who are considering booking consultation or treatment with Finest dental, don't. I am currently still waiting for a refund for being mis-sold to, wrongly examined and tied into financial commitments because of them without a single bit of treatment being delivered. 2 months ago i requested to cancel, and i am still waiting for a decent response other than 'we will come back to you'. My solicitors are currently waiting my instruction to sue them. They are given the deadline for Tuesday next week but they haven't bothered to reply as per usual. If you are desperate for treatment and do consider to take it up with this unfortunate practice, then please make sure you READ EVERYTHING as i did, in case you find yourself in the same position as me in the near future AND MAKE THEM DELIVER ON EVERY WORD, because they don't know what they are doing. I am shocked to see positive reviews when i cannot describe the horror these last 5 months have been because of this company. Without you prompting them, they will run your treatment as though its a joke. They are unprofessional and the worst decision i've ever made. It has been 2 months, and im still waiting for my money (£3000), to be sent back.”

“I have had some difficulty booking in appointments due to my work schedule, but the team at Liverpool Street always went above and beyond to fit me in. Even on the day appointments when my attachment came off! They always smile at me and seem willing to help when it is busy. Greatly commend the customer service!”

“My dentist was always friendly and welcoming whenever we met. She made me feel at ease and always explained any of the procedures that were to be completed. My Invisalign was also completed a few weeks early which was a bonus and I was really happy with the results as they looked exactly as expected. Greta product for great money! Thank you Maha.”

“Undergoing treatment at Liverpool street branch. The treatment clearly did not meet my expectation. The care I received before starting my treatment was no where near towards the end. My dentist kept changing and the last one I saw insisted that 'she' was happy with the treatment thus suggesting subtly that it did not matter if I was happy with the results or not. I am now being suggested more cosmetic procedures - which defies the whole point of Invisalign in my case. It seems like a total waste of my money- will think twice before recommending to others.”

“Attended Cannon Street practice. Was booked in for quotation and initial consultation quickly. My husband had teeth removed and 3 implants by Nari. Firstly we would like to say how grateful we are they open on Saturdays. This saved us the trouble of having time off work. Secondly, the treatment was undertaken with care and diligence and although it took some time due to healing processes it was well worth the wait. I also use Nari for check ups and hygiene and found that he explains everything he finds as he goes along. We will both be continuing to use Cannon Street and Nari in future for our check ups and hygiene checks. Thank you for your excellent care.”

“Just had a tooth Implant done in Cannon Street with Ivana. She described perfectly what would happen and it was as straight forward as she explained and the price for the UK was very competitive. Special mention to Jordan and the support crew who were great. I would highly recommend the team at Finest Dental.”

“I decided to go with Finest because of how friendly and helpful they were when I called to enquire, I called a few dentists but these definitely had the best telephone manner. I was not disappointed when I had my consultation everyone was so friendly and helpful. Second to none on customer service will highly recommend them I am currently 10 months into my treatment and so far can not see why there are any bad reviews! Thanks Finest Dentist”
