“Started treatment for dental implants in 2017. Was told it would be about 6-7 months. After months of pain and no one taking notice of what I was telling them about the implants had to start all over again. After months and months of appointments suffering discomfort for most of the time still don’t have decent fitting dental implants. Still waiting for someone to come back to me from my last appointment end of October when I told the dentist I was not please with the fitting, was told this would be in about a week. Regretted the day I went to them. Still waiting refund of overcharge.”

“Absolutely love the experience at the Liverpool Street facility. From helpful administrators to competent Dentist's. I have been a customer with Finest Dental for almost a year and don't plan on changing once I have been discharged from my Invisalign treatment. I am so happy with the result that from my treatment that now I've gone from always smiling with my mouth close to showing some teeth.”

“From my very first appointment Finest Dental have provided a fantastic service. The dentists are extremely professional and made me feel at ease from the start. I am absolutely delighted with my new veneers & have had lots of compliments, mainly on how natural they look. The reception staff are friendly and helpful & I felt comfortable at every visit. I would recommend Finest Dental to all my friends and family & couldn’t be happier with my teeth.”

“I had my first consultation around Oct 2017 my dental plan finally began on the 5/1/18 with extractions after waiting 4 months I had bone grafts from then on this is where the nightmare began having to wait weeks to get appointments ending up 3 months behind stitches bursting , their customer care attitude was zero twice be cancelled on day of appointment and on the last appointment this was to have my replacement teeth fitted offered another appointment a week later only to get there and the dentist told me the quality of teeth were faulty and 8 weeks later I still have yellow temporary teeth and they are still trying to fit me in . Appalling and I had to pay upfront . Do not use the Cannon Street Branch . I am disgusted and appalled by the lack of customer care service and quality of product . I wish I had never used Finest Dental they are a joke and a disgrace . .”

“The best customer service and the private care for dental you can Ever recieve. My name K Choudhury and Marha is my Dentist she makes me feel welcome and always has sllution for evwrything. I have invisalign done and still got 4 retainers left to go. They are all awsome and very client focused. Thank you for making me smile again!!!!”

“wINCHESTER BRANCH; The staff were all very professional and friendly. I felt comfortable from the first appointment. The plan was explained and support given to me around how I would manage during a family wedding that would occur during the treatment. I always managed to get an appropriate appointment around work. I am very pleased with the result and have since recommended the practice to other family members and friends. I had the biggest smile at my Son`s wedding”

“I had an invisalign®Full treatment for approx 15months, using 12months interest free payment plan. It was very easy to go through the procedure and result was amazing. My teeth are nicely straightened and I am happy to see myself smiling in photos. I highly recommned Finest Dental.”

“Finest Dental were the answer to a childhood dream. I was a goofy teethed kid and was bullied at school for it. My parents never seemed to notice how much I hated my teeth and so never took me to a dentist to get braces, so it seemed I was doomed to a life of goofy gappy sticking out teeth. I sought the advice of a orthodontist when I got married and had my own children, but was told that it t I would have to have my jaw broken and reset. I knew that I could not afford to to that. So I resigned myself that I would never be able to fix my teeth. Until in 2016, a stranger approached me and told me my teeth could be fixed. He was a dentist and he told me it was easy. Thanks to the concern of a stranger I discovered Finest Dental after doing some research and visiting at least 4 different orthodontist. Now my dream of having normal, perfect straight teeth has been realised. Finest Dental impressed me the most. Finest dental were the most competitive and the standard of customer care was superb, even the location of the surgery was lovely, fresh and bright and modern, and I just felt happy going there and enjoyed the journey into Liverpool Street. It became my treat to come into town. From my very first consultation until now I have been thrilled with the results. I began to see change very quickly. I was recommended for Invisalign which made me so happy, because it was it was the system I wanted to use, so I was delighted that I was a suitable case, and now I am almost at the end of my journey and I so thrilled I did this with the support of my husband and daughters. The staff have been fantastic, of my orthodontists have been caring and encouraging, my treatments have been efficient and never painful. I quickly forgot the early days of tender gums and getting used to my teeth moving and changing. I have been most amazed to realise my teeth are not as BIG as I was convinced they were. They are a perfectly normal size. I had been goofy for so long I had a distorted view of my teeth and hated taking pictures. Now I don't hate taking pictures anymore. I feel like the real me and no longer hate the sight of my teeth. Thank you Finest Dental and Invisalign. You have both been wonderful and have helped this lady realise a dream that I had given up hope could ever come true. What's amazing is many people do not even realise how much I have changed. They think my teeth were always this straight. I cannot recommend Finest Dental Liverpool Street highly enough. Worth every penny! You have been brilliant. Customer Care fantastic. Everyone of the staff, every step of my journey have been lovely to deal with. Thank you Finest Dental for making my dream a reality! . Sharon Okantey”

“Orginally i`ve paid for the Invisalign treatment which i never received due to my teeth conditions(at the first consultation they couldnt see ). They promised me a refund 2 months ago(the contract mention 28 days ), Aimee Bird from Liverpool street she didnt even pick my phone calls , they gave me an email address where to complain. So do not pay in advance for them any pence unless you wanna run after your money . They have no complain line, no head office numbers , they all time on meeting , you will receive text of "im chasing head office for the refund " Wouldnt recommend to pay in advance for their service . No complain from dentist side, they were professional.”

“This review may be lengthy however, my experience at Finest Dental has been exceptional and therefore deserves a lengthy review. I am undergoing the Invisalign (Full) treatment to straighten my teeth. Prior to going through the treatment at Finest Dental (Birmingham), I had three consultations with other dental practices. During the first consultation (which cost me £50) the dentist informed me that I was not eligible for Invisalign as my teeth were too crooked and I would have to go through drastic measures of having teeth removed in order to make room for my teeth once they had shifted position. I was disheartened to hear this and therefore sought a second opinion. During my second and third consultations, I learnt that I was compatible for Invisalign however, I was quoted between £4000-4500 at both dentists which was unaffordable for me. I searched and searched for a practice offering the same result but at a more affordable price and finally came across Finest Dental. Although, the treatment is much lower than other practices, there are no shortfalls in the service offered. Everytime I visit the dentist, I feel relaxed and comfortable. I was provided with all the information I required during my consultation and I received an in-depth treatment plan via email. I was always given the opportunity to ask questions during every appointment. The dentist and dental nurse are very experienced and the other staff members are very friendly. Within my treatment package, I have opted to use a mobile app which enables me to scan my teeth. These scans are then available for the dentist to view and decide whether I can move onto my next aligner without me visiting the branch in person. This is ideal for me as I live approximately 1 hr away from the practice. I have been offered other add ons such as teeth whitening which I am likely to proceed with at the end of the treatment. To summarise, the service and treatment package at Finest Dental has been at a high standard and I would recommend this practice to anyone, including friends and family.”

“My teeth were so bad after years of running from the dentist chair! I finally picked up the courage to fix my smile and Finest Dental have been amazing from the beginning. There are no extra hidden fees with the invisalign treatment, you get a detailed plan of your journey, and the most professional receptionists and dentists. I regularly see Gayle at Liverpool Street, who makes you feel at ease at every appointment. I have nearly finished my treatment and I am already smiling with confidence.”
