Whilst visiting my husband worked in India for several years, it was necessary for me to have some dental treatment carried out. On my return home I developed a problem. I booked to attend a Finest Dental Free Examination. I was treated with concern, and told that the would send me a detailed report together with a quote. After several days and many promptings, I eventually received an email, giving a quotation, but no detailed plan, and only listing the number of teeth that needed treatment. I phone the office and spoke to the operative responsible for sending the quote. I told her that I needed a more detailed report, because I would need to inform the Indian dentist of the problems that had occurred. Her response was that this was all I would receive, " who on earth in their right mind would have had dental treatment carried out in India"??? I eventually acquired the telephone number for the Principal of Finest Dental, who apologised for the inappropriate and unacceptable treatment I had experienced from his receptionist. He said he would investigate my complaint and get back to me . He has never done so, despite my leaving him several messages. Therefore I can only assume that he supports such rude, critical and racist behaviour from his staff.

This is the first time I am writing a negative review, ever. My experience with Finest Dental has been very disappointing. Over the period of my treatment I have been assigned 4 different dentists, who do/did not communicate between each other. Every time I request the same dentist, she is booked out for the coming month. To make matters worse, I have been attempting to get a hold of Finest Dental Liverpool Street for the past month and consistently get diverted to a central line, with the promise that they would call me back, yet never do. Their CEO had given me his number for emergencies at the beginning of my treatment, but he is also ignoring my calls. All in all a very frustrating experience so far..

Holly Jansari 2 reviews in the last week Horrendous! I spent over £3000 to get my 'perfect smile' and not only am I left with less than satisfactory teeth I have now developed a fear of the dentist. They messed up my veneers twice meaning I had to have them taken off and put back on again taking up to 7 hours of drilling and pain each time. When choosing the shade I wanted I was pressured in to choosing a darker shade than I wanted and was left wishing I'd gone whiter, the veneers were worse than my own original teeth, I was left with a horse like bucked front tooth - these were redone but still not correctly, they are not inline or even & I can't bare to have them redone due to the fear I've developed due to the long & painful treatment they put me through. I've not been given any formal phone call, email or letter of apology & not even offered a discount let alone a refund. This company are after quick money, from the first phone call all they care about is getting your money and will tell you what ever you want to hear. My advice is avoid completely and pay extra for a more professional company. Horrendous experience for me.

Everything was going brilliantly, I have arranged for my porcelain veeners to be fitted, I have had my temporaries on for 3 weeks now and have been told just before my veneers fitting that I have to wait another 2 weeks because the impressions weren't good enough... this is so disappointing it wastes people's time off work, money and it's not good enough.

After a long process of getting my teeth ready for a crown fitting I moved house. For the final fitting I traveled 5 1/2 back to the Milton Keynes branch where I was then told the crowns have not arrived and to book another appointment. The team didn't seem bothered I had paid for childcare , driven a 11 hour round trip and that they could have called at the start of the week when they knew the crowns have not arrived. Finest dental seemed more interested in taking the money for a job they had not yet done. Terrible service , disorganised and rather rude. would not recommend.

I first had my invaslign done with finest dental for 6 months and the treatment was poor. My teeth are still not straight and they made promises such as a before and after video, plus images which I never received. My rotainers were made twice second time was not perfect either.I went in today (Liverpool st branch)to complain about my Rotainers which were provided and the lady that saw me denied they were made by finest dental. She also didn't even check to see if the rotainers fitted. She didn't have time for me as the appointment was free and obviously didn't care too much and was very rude. Generally at clinics people are professional willing to offer you all the time in the world and care for you when your there. But not with this lady she was in a rush from the moment she saw me. I will never go to finest dental every again. Really bad experience with poor service and promises never fulfilled. 1900 pounds wasted.

I had a consultation at the Leicester branch and was told I would hear back within a week- it's nearly a month later and I have heard nothing. Great customer service whilst I was at the branch but terrible service afterwards.

The worst experience i have had. Avoid!! Unprofessional and a terrible service. I had a consultation for brace options. An xray was taken and the lady looked quickly at the image and said i needed to have my wisdom tooth removed. I have had specialist treatment and already knew that this particular tooth was too close to the nerve for a simple extraction. I replied to her abrupt observation with "isnt it very close to the nerve"? To which a quick "oh yes, we will leave it then"!. This gave me no confidence in her from that moment on. Her consultation skills need some work to say the least as asking her a question was not taken kindly and her responses were very flipant and in general rude. I asked at the end of her consultation which braces would be best for me. Apparantly she can not tell me this as that was my choice. Which i know now is not the case as due to my bite, fixed braces would not be suitable. Im about to start treatment with a new practice who requested my xrays to be sent over. Finest dental have charged me £50 for this. No other dentist or orthos charge to send patient xrays. Totally out of order! Finest dental are the worst. I felt they just wanted my money and would say anything in the consultation to get you signed up. I could not get out of there quick enough.

Staff were great during the free consultation period. However they started acting funny later on. I had got an OPG x-ray done as part of the free consultation. I needed a copy of it and they charged me £80 which I feel is quite high, leaving that aside I wasn't provided with an invoice for the same despite requesting on email and calling them 2 times. How am I supposed to claim it from my dental insurance without a receipt? wonder how are they running the clinic for this long and don't tell me no one ever asked for an invoice of the payment made. I will surely go to someone else for my treatment.

Hi Preeti Thank you for writing a review. All OPG's done within your consultation are completely free of charge, however there is a time and material cost involved in sending/ providing a copy of OPG's, this cost is not included in your consultation & I'll think you'll find that we are priced very reasonably for an external/ referral OPG. With regards to your invoice, after thorough investigation we have diagnosed this as a breakdown of communication, invoices are available readily for all Finest Dental customers regardless of treatment. Best of luck with your treatment.

My girlfriend and I spent over £5,000 with Finest Dental on a 6 month smile and lingual braces. The 6 month smile ended up taking 2 years! Simon who originally was carrying out the treatment was available all week for about a month and then was only available on Wednesdays. We were introduced to Staveros who proceeded to hack my teeth to pieces. I was told that the lingual braces were no longer offered due to the problems that they had with them. We have had awful experiences from start to finish and our teeth look no better. Despite complaints we have never been able to get our money back. I would not recommend orthodontic work with Finest Dental!

The receptionist called me 'love' over the phone and didn't stop even when I asked. Then I was asked to pay £50 deposit in advance towards the consultation appointment over the phone before seeing the clinic... It doesn't look professional.

Hi Barbara Thank you for writing a review. We take a £50 deposit for all consultations and this is immediately refunded as soon as you enter the clinic regardless of whether you decide to take up treatment or not. We take this deposit to ensure that people attend their consultations, this efficient process is part of the reason Finest Dental is able to offer such an exclusive service at industry leading price points. You were however offered the option to pop into the clinic and pay your £50 deposit in person, this way you would have been able to see the clinic first. (not to mention the countless videos on our website) With regards to our staff being in your opinion not 'professional'. We ask all our staff here at Finest Dental to build a rapport with every patient, treating them as if they are a member of the family, with care, compassion & empathy. This approach always lacks a corporate like robotic tone which some class as 'professional.' The personal touch of Finest Dental is not for everyone and we understand that, however we make no apologies for our approach. We wish you the very best of luck in searching for treatment elsewhere.

I have been thinking about Veneers for some time but was a bit worried regarding the treatment and whether it would work for me etc.. I looked online and saw that Finest Dental do a free consultation which I thought would alleviate my concerns, so I applied online for an initial chat. Someone has just called me from Finest Dental and I was totally shocked. The conversation from the person I spoke with just revolved around the cost and not the treatment. This is how the conversation went. him: "How many veneers do you want" me: "I am not sure that why I wanted to speak with someone". him: "Do you realise how much they cost?" me: " Yes I looked online". Him: Will you be going for the finance option." Me: I hadn't really thought that far ahead at this stage. " I just wanted to see someone to get their expert opinion" Him OK I can book you in but will have to charge you a deposit of £50." me: " But I thought it was a free consultation" Him: "We will refund it when you turn up". I'm sorry but from someone who wants specific medical treatment I felt like I was a credit card. I am sure that once you get past that initial call things are great, but guys I have a business and I use a consultative approach not a this is how much it's going to cost are you happy to carry on talking to me.

£50 deposit which is fair enough. Called one hour before my app to say would be 10-15 mins late. Girl told me she was an external receptionist but would pass Message on. Got to the place and said their policy is 15 min cut off so even though I had 15 Min left of my app they wouldn't see me. Bad customer service. Should have told me not to bother coming. I'll go to sensu for my Invisalign

What a horrible customer service. I phone the company number and ask a simple question on prices, like how many veneers a full arch treatment covers. The lady literally has no idea. Are you calling this a customer service? Should not the staff be able to provide basic information on the phone? Why are they there? Just wasting my time. If that is the customer service, thank but no thank you, I will go somewhere else.

Hi Adam, You actually managed to get through to our overflow answering system, which happens when all of our representatives are on the phone. As this is an external company they are not clinically trained and therefore could not advise about any treatment, this is something you were informed of on the call. However we have checked our call records and you were called back by a trained member of staff within 10 minutes. At which point you were extremely abusive. Not to mention all of the information regarding pricing can easily be found on our website, ironically on the actual page you landed on to get our number. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused, however based on the above we cannot help but agree with you when you mention that you should perhaps "go elsewhere". Best of luck with your treatment Finest Dental.

I had a Saturday booked 2 months in advance, 3 days later I was told I cannot have it due to changes in the organisation and the company will no longer be open on Saturdays so I had to have the Friday instead, I was not able to attend and asked if there was Saturday available and was told "its fully booked” I feel that I should have been called to fill back my slot for the Saturday. I do not live in the UK and I booked this Saturday in advance for a reason and now I cannot see the dentist until the 28th but the timing does not work for me now I have left with the same invisalign, I am not happy with the service at all and the incompetence of the surgery.
