“Finest Dental have made me feel more confident and relaxed. As a very nervous patient I struggled to make the decision to have implants but attending the clinic in Barkingside and seeing my dentist, Paula on a regular basis has reassured me that I made the right choice in finest dental. She is extremely professional and personal and has made the whole process much easier. I would definitely recommend the clinic and Paula, especially if you have any anxieties or concerns. Finest Dental was a great choice.”

“I have seen Ivana for all my treatment which included extraction, crown and implants. She is the best dentist I have ever seen. Very professional, extremely confident and capable in everything she does. My end result is amazing. I would highly recommend her.”

“I am currently receiving Invisalign treatment at Finest Dental in Wokngham, I have to say I was really apprehensive in the beginning, I didn't know where to go or who to choose. I found Finest Dental online, they kept popping up on my Instagram and Facebook. At first, I thought the low cost monthly options were too good to be true. However, considering I wasn't at the lowest/cheapest end of the Invisalign scale, I still found the treatment extremely affordable! Overall the service is fab! My treatment has been so successful and already 10 months into my treatment, I have seen drastic changes and I am so pleased! Yes the appointments are hard to come by, especially evening and weekends. But I only struggle to get an appointment when I leave my booking to the very last minute! Planning the apps in advance works really well.and the girl on reception doesn't mind booking my future appointments. I really would recommend Finest Dental, they have made me feel really comfortable, at ease and reassured! 10 out of 10!”

“The worst experience i have had. Avoid!! Unprofessional and a terrible service. I had a consultation for brace options. An xray was taken and the lady looked quickly at the image and said i needed to have my wisdom tooth removed. I have had specialist treatment and already knew that this particular tooth was too close to the nerve for a simple extraction. I replied to her abrupt observation with "isnt it very close to the nerve"? To which a quick "oh yes, we will leave it then"!. This gave me no confidence in her from that moment on. Her consultation skills need some work to say the least as asking her a question was not taken kindly and her responses were very flipant and in general rude. I asked at the end of her consultation which braces would be best for me. Apparantly she can not tell me this as that was my choice. Which i know now is not the case as due to my bite, fixed braces would not be suitable. Im about to start treatment with a new practice who requested my xrays to be sent over. Finest dental have charged me £50 for this. No other dentist or orthos charge to send patient xrays. Totally out of order! Finest dental are the worst. I felt they just wanted my money and would say anything in the consultation to get you signed up. I could not get out of there quick enough.”

“Fantastic service, very friendly and professional staff. I have always feared going to the dentist, even for a routine check up, so booking to get composite veneers was a big step. Upon walking in I was greeted by the lovely Sam who was very friendly and welcoming and the experience only got better when I met my dentist. Him and his assistant made me feel completely at ease, explaining step by step what was going to happen and regularly asking if I was OK. The work he done was outstanding and he made my wedding day preparations complete, giving me a smile il be happy to share on the big day! I was so happy with my experience at finest dental that I have decided to continue going for regular check ups. I would highly recommend this dentist to anyone, who like me, needs an exceptional dentist that makes people feel comfortable.”

“Went To Finest Dental in Cannon Street and what can i say it was excellent. Staff was so kind and helpful and happy and professional. I had to have a lot of work done and i was surprised in how quick it took to complete and how amazing it looked as well. I 100% completely recommend this branch. My doctor Was called Vicky and she was amazing very professional. Thankyou Finest dental.”

“I lost a front tooth and went to Winchester and Stavros was amazing, so kind caring and so quick, he took such care and gives you loads of confidence in him. He was an absolute star I was really afraid but he put me at ease. I would recommend him to everyone a brilliant dentist and the staff there were brilliant too.”

“I did my invisalign treatment at Finest Dental in Barkingside and I truly recommend this place. Dr Kamila Azimova is really kind and professional, looking always for the detail, and her nurse Lushika always with a smile, both of them make you feel relaxed and comfortable , the clinic is clean, organised, good service!I must say that they also are very honest and don't try to get your money with treatments that you don't need, the prices are very reasonable so I finished super happy with my new smile!”

“To try and sum up: Was told to use Corsodyl twice a day to help my gums but wasn't told to use it for only two weeks, and was not told this would seriously stain the back of my teeth - to which I was told that they couldn't remove the stains because they didn't have the right tools. Had to go to another dentist and pay £50 for them to do it. Was not told at the beginning of my invisalign treatment about the number of attachments I would need to have on my teeth, these would stain (I believe the glue stained) even though I must've been brushing my teeth 4 times a day minimum at this point. The dentist who usually wears pink (and is lovely) changed my attachments because she realised they were stained but the other dentist didn't do it the next time, every time I had this dentist I could tell she just wanted me to be out of there. I get they've had a busy day, but so has everyone else in this city. This defeated the whole idea of invisalign, I was very insecure about the colour of my teeth for the whole time. I've since had them off, and my teeth are still stained from the glue, I know it's the glue because one of my teeth, that had no attachment on it, isn't as stained. Unlike many other dental practices, finest dental do not offer free whitening at the end of the treatment, even though I was fairly sure that it should've come with that anyway. I have been told 3 times someone would 'get back to me' on that, no one has, one time the girl didn't even ask for my name so I don't know how she thought she was going to manage that. Appointments are literally always running late which I realise is probably not to the fault of the staff but there should be better planning, like booking people in for a bit longer to avoid this. There is also a ridiculous waiting period for appointments, at the end of the treatment I probably could've done with an extra tray but I was so annoyed and tired at the whole process that I just wanted them out so I didn't have to go back anymore. At the beginning of my treatment there were also a number of miscommunications. When my invisalign initially arrived no one even called me or messaged me to say, I had to call and they'd been there for 3 weeks. I tried to change my appointment once and emailed someone to do it, they never emailed me back but had changed my appointment... more guessing games. There's probably a lot more, I sent an email of complaint a couple months into my treatment, which didn't get responded to for an age. I eventually had to email the girl who initially set everything up for me (as she was the only useful person/person I could actually get through to) who had to look into it for me, and I'm guessing remind whoever it was to reply to me, which had obviously been ignored. Don't get me wrong, my top teeth are straight now. Which I guess is what I wanted. But when you're forking out this much money you expect a bit more in terms of customer service and organisation. I would've much rather gone somewhere else, I expect I wouldn't have been overly stressed and really not looking forward to going to the dentist every time I had an appointment, and would probably have white teeth to. Very average for the price you are paying.”

“Absolutely amazing service!! Without a doubt the best dentist I've been to! if you can ask for Ivana Matkovic, she was always helpful and made sure I achieved the look I was looking for. It was so great to be in the hands of such a talented individual. I honestly could not be happier with the outcome and I would highly recommend this dentist for anyone looking for natural looking vaneers or implants.outstanding!”
