“Review for team in Milton Keynes The team at MK made me feel welcome from day one. The dentist was so professional and always listened to my concerns . At the end of my treatment, I am so confident about my smile and the whole process has been pleasant. I actually looked forward to my appointments with excitement. Thanks to Chloe as well for booking my appointments despite my busy schedule. I can't recommend this team enough!! Thanks guys!!”

“I am having the 'Damon Braces' system at the Finest Dental branch in Liverpool Street, London and I have to say the whole team from the reception to the dentists/orthandontists are second to none... Kamila (who is my regular orthodontist) is magnificent.... as someone who used to suffer from the 'fear of the dentist' syndrome, it's so reassuring to have someone who's care goes beyond the actual physical work being done.... she's extremely good at making me feel at total ease every time I enter the chair... and it was very obvious to me early on into my treatment that she is somebody who takes great pride and care in her work...... highly recommended!”

“For start the reception was very helpful, then Jorden has explain the finance skill very well, The dentist Ivana was just perfect. :) She was so gentle and made sure that I wouldn't be in too much pain. I will defiantly recommend her to all my family and friends.”

“My review is for the Liverpool Street branch. I Impulsively booked an appointment but I had always wanted veneers for a toothy smile. I met Ivana who was very knowledgeable and understood what I wanted. Even still, I was anxious until the very end! It's a permanent procedure after all. But glad I went through with it because I was very happy with the samples and over the moon with the final set. My smile, my profile, and laughing face have all improved. My advice is make sure you know exactly what you want and don't be vague.”

“From day the first time I met my Orthodontist Camille I have been impressed with the professional and caring way I have been looked after by her and her colleagues and the reception team at Finest dental. Everyone is professional and bubbly and always accommodating. I look forward to my appointments. I did a lot of research before I decided on this course of treatment and Finest Dental offered me a great deal and I was delighted when I was approved for the Invisalign brace. I am still in the early stages of my treatment, but so far it is going very well and I have followed the guidance for taking care of them and my own teetch. It has been the best decision I have made in many years and a great experience so far for me. Now for the first time since I was a teenager I can see the future with a smile I will not have to be embarrassed by. Sharon O”

“Review for Finest Dental Leicester: I guess first of all your probably reading this because you have done the hard work that you have Mayne like me agonised over for such a long time you can't ever remember not having a though each minute about your teeth for whatever reason your here now, and finally made that decision to start to fix / repair/ improve your teeth / smile. This was most certainly the hardest part :( many anxiety filled thoughts to this point I did a quick search for Implants and finest came up - the Prices looked great !! whats the catch? I must have asked this a thousand times, so I sent my details and waited. Finest called me a couple of days later due to the weekend and booked me in to see Finest Leicester pretty quick. (£50) refundable deposit so actually serious. So I go to Leicester branch which is by the way still really new and just getting started at present only open I think still 2 days a week. But growing all the time. My first personal contact of Finest was Talha, well he was just so nice. if you ever want to meet somebody to just take away all the nerves and stress and anxiety your feeling then trust me this is most certainly the right choice. Talha is always fully contactable really flexible with your work / timetable and everything else. Customer service best ever received. Talha takes you threw finance options which I guess you have questioned from the web site they're real, and the service is great. Then you meet Michael the dentist and his assistant Ria, again the same as Talha they are just so special the service continues from the moment you meet them till the moment you leave. Really clear with what he suggests as the best course of action. Michael is just so fantastic he has started to build my confidence back up and am starting to feel, although not quite yet like I actually don't mind going to the dentist. Ria, same as Michael really nice, really calming and reassuring, a fantastic part to the team. I am currently at the point of extractions / and repair and cleaning almost complete and now time for the start of implant treatment. So I waited to now to give you all a fair review of the good and the bad. To date I have been going due to their limited hours and my busy schedule for a few months but honestly I get it takes time and it feels much nicer to not rush and get it done right. Finest Dental Leicester - Thank you Talha, Thank you Michael, Thank you Ria, your all so special and together you make peoples lives so much better.”

“I had implant surgery recently at finest dental and I am totally pleased with the outcome and I can't say enough about the service I received throughout the whole process, everybody was absolutely brilliant. I had visited and had a few quotes from other surgeries but I found Finest Dental the offered the best price and value. I would certainly recommend Finest Dental to any of my friends. “I went to Finest Dental in Winchester and needed to have my wisdom teeth removed as they were causing me problems. I was very nervous about it but the staff were amazing! Sam, Stavros and Geraldine were all lovely and really calmed me down. I couldn't believe how quick they managed to get them out! I had absolutely no problems afterwards and cant recommend them enough!”

“My girlfriend and I spent over £5,000 with Finest Dental on a 6 month smile and lingual braces. The 6 month smile ended up taking 2 years! Simon who originally was carrying out the treatment was available all week for about a month and then was only available on Wednesdays. We were introduced to Staveros who proceeded to hack my teeth to pieces. I was told that the lingual braces were no longer offered due to the problems that they had with them. We have had awful experiences from start to finish and our teeth look no better. Despite complaints we have never been able to get our money back. I would not recommend orthodontic work with Finest Dental!”

“First of all, I understood by the extremely low price for my 6 veners that it potentially won't be perfect but due to all the amazing reviews I decided to go ahead. My desire to do the veners was purely for esthetic reasons, I wasted a big, straight and white smile. At my first appointment I was told that my corner teeth were quite big and masculine so but shaving them down and make my teeth straigh it would look amazing. Funny enough my corner teeth are much more prominent now than they were before! And unfortunately my smile (teeth) is still not straight. I realised now afterwards that my jaw is not even so I'm not sure what else could have been done but I think that would be up to the dentist to inform me of my different options and also explaining about my jaw etc. All the appointments were done very quick and i was never told that this is the last 'try' before we put real veneers in. I guess by going to Harley street and pay triple the price you will get that extra costumer support and the feeling of not being stressed etc. The 3 stars I have given to the dentist as for overall I liked her but I felt that the whole procedure was stressed and rushed. I will be doing my teeth again at a different clinic and I will pay triple the price. But I wouldn't recommend anyone to do veneers here unless you are absolutely sure exactly how you want your teeth as there will be no real indications of how they will look like in the end (yes some fast and weird 'wax-fake teeth' that they put on to show you but then the dentist said that this is not how they will look like ) or a real and proper discussion prior to the procedure. I do understand that I should have done more research but I guess I just assumed that the dentist / clinic would help me with that.”

“The receptionist called me 'love' over the phone and didn't stop even when I asked. Then I was asked to pay £50 deposit in advance towards the consultation appointment over the phone before seeing the clinic... It doesn't look professional.”

We take a £50 deposit for all consultations and this is immediately refunded as soon as you enter the clinic regardless of whether you decide to take up treatment or not. We take this deposit to ensure that people attend their consultations, this efficient process is part of the reason Finest Dental is able to offer such an exclusive service at industry leading price points. You were however offered the option to pop into the clinic and pay your £50 deposit in person, this way you would have been able to see the clinic first. (not to mention the countless videos on our website) With regards to our staff being in your opinion not 'professional'. We ask all our staff here at Finest Dental to build a rapport with every patient, treating them as if they are a member of the family, with care, compassion & empathy. This approach always lacks a corporate like robotic tone which some class as 'professional.' The personal touch of Finest Dental is not for everyone and we understand that, however we make no apologies for our approach. We wish you the very best of luck in searching for treatment elsewhere.
