I have been seen in Winchester previously but had to pop to Wokingham to see Stavros yesterday due to being in A LOT of pain from my wisdom tooth. They are all so amazing in both practices and i cant thank them enough

Finest Dental in Leicester have been great. I started my treatment at the Wokingham branch but luckily with FD having practises across the country made it great for me to continue my treatment when I relocated to Leicester. The branch has great friendly staff like Michelle who are very accommodating around my busy work schedule and it’s fantastic knowing they’re open until later in the evenings and open on Saturday. Lou the dentist at Leicester has been great support and has been very helpful with getting me my perfect smile. The process has been easy, effortless and I would highly recommend Invisalign and finest dental to anybody hoping to get their perfect smile!

The Leicester branch have been fantastic. Both Tanzeen and Michelle have made the process easy and filled me with confidence throughout. My aligners have been painless and I cannot wait to see the finished result!

I’ve always found the treatment in the Leicester practice very professional and personal. All my questions and worries are always listened to and answered. However, throughout the duration of my treatment I have had numerous dentists which I found a little difficult and have had to wait for an appointment meaning I’ve had to have the same tray in for longer than I would of liked to.

I’ve been visiting the Finest Dental Winchester branch for 18 months and they have been fantastic! From the friendly and very welcoming receptionist to all the support staff have made my experience truly outstanding. I could not have asked for a better outcome as my teeth were very crooked to start which required extractions to make space for the rest of them. Thank you team!

Finest Dental Winchester are fantastic. I had a dental implant done just over 18 months ago, and have no problems at all with the implanted tooth since.I needed a bone graft which meant more time was needed to complete the process which took about 11 months. Everyone at the Winchester practice were professional and the whole process was explained, I could not recommend First Dental more highly. Dr Stavros was incredibly professional, and performed possibly the most pain free procedures I've encountered. The prices were a lot more affordable then my local dentist.

Currently in treatment with finest dental. I had my big surgery last week which I was really nervous about after years of bad dentistry before. But I took the plunge and everything was painless. The dentist was really nice and friendly, I felt at ease with him. Raminta is a credit to them as she's professional and super helpful when booking my appointments in around my work. Thank you, see you in 3 months for the second part of the procedure.

leicester branch!: The most unprofessional denist i know. You are a joke and i would not recommend you to anyone.if i could give you half a star i would. Always on the sick excuse after excuse

I’ve been visiting the finest dental - Winchester clinic since July 2018 and they have been nothing but amazing. So helpful and more than welcoming. I couldn’t have wished for a better outcome for my teeth and a better environment to have my work done. Thankyou all so much.

I recently visited finest dentist in cannon street for a consultation for implant. I been for few consults, but found this to be most informative and personal. All team were really friendly and made me very comfortable. Thank you Robyn who helped me and made me welcome.

Unfortunately, this organisation does not stand up to its name. Here's what happened to me: - My Invisalign treatment was OK, however, I kept seeing different dentists who barely knew why I was there. - Following my treatment, I have asked for veneer for one of the teeth which was dark. It was accepted and payment of £500 was taken. I have advised the team that I was leaving the country and I've had 8 weeks to complete. I had many appointments at which nothing happened except scans after scans and some paperwork filled in and when I decided to take matters into my own hands I was told there was not enough time left. - I booked in for hygienist and to get my attachments taken off all on one day. When I came, people there didn't know it was the end of my treatment, but after I've told them, they took attachments off. My hygienist treatment did not happen that day, the machine was not working, so I've ordered a nightly retainer which was included and was due to come back. - When I did come back a week later, nightly retainer didn't fit properly. I've had to take them anyway because I was wearing my last trays for too long at this point and quite frankly they were not fresh anymore. I have ordered additional Vivera nightly retainers and went away waiting for Vivera to come back. - I have returned a week later to get Vivera, they were made based on my old scan before I started Invisalign, with my teeth still completely out of line. They've had to re-order them again. I kept repeating that they will need to be sent abroad, as I am leaving in a week. The dentist didn't know that I came for the hygienist treatment, for which I've paid £55. The dentist told me they've treated me to one and spent 4 minutes doing it. I have complained at reception and asked for a refund. - I have moved abroad, kept chasing for payment since 19 of December (today it is 20th of February), but had lots of emails going around on reception level and no refund yet. I was being told Head Office was dealing with it, but Head Office never answered any calls or emails for the 3 months. - Today my husband was on a business trip back in London and I have asked him to come in and pick the second version of Vivera up. Turns out, they have sent it to my old address (it was too far to travel to pick it up). Vivera (the nightly retainers) were ordered again for the third time, let's hope these will arrive. It has been almost 3 months now and I was unable to get any of my money back and neither have I received a proper hygienist treatment, veneer or my nightly retainers. If you ask me, I would say - STAY AWAY!

I had several implants done ...6 months later some have fallen out ..since then every appointment except one has been cancelled the last one on the morning just before I was due to train ..I am left with gums with a stub sticking out!!! I was called today to say my next appointment has also been cancelled what is going on ? I have Parkinson’s disease and the stress is my symptoms exaggerated Sean Doyle
